This is a villa in a secure residence near the beaches and terraced borely park. Built in the 50s, it has a central house of about 130 m2 and an annex in the garden of 40 m2. In the central house we find on the first floor 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and on the ground floor a kitchen, a living room dining room and a TV room with two single beds. There is also a small bathroom with shower and stage on the ground floor. At the bottom of the garden there is a bedroom with bathroom
