About this property

You will stay in our house located in a very quiet residential area.
It is a single storey house of 120m2 with 4 bedrooms, 1 independent kitchen, 1 living / dining room, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom. The washing machine and dryer will be at your disposal. The house has high speed internet with Wifi.
The garden is 600m2. There is a table with chairs under a pergola near the gas barbecue. A relaxation area with lounge chairs and coffee table in the shade of an olive tree allows you to rest or have an aperitif.
A table tennis table is available in the garden.
A charging station for electric vehicles is available in the garden (type 3 socket).
The beaches are 2 km away. Local shops (bakery, supermarket, take-out pizza, pharmacy, doctor ...) are a few minutes' walk away.
You will have the choice of activities in La Ciotat and its nearby surroundings: the sea and its nautical activities, walks in the creeks, visiting Provençal villages and their typical markets (Le Castellet, Saint-Cyr sur mer, Bandol, Cassis. ..).
About half an hour away, you can visit Marseille or Aix-en-Provence.

End of stay cleaning is your responsibility.
If you wish, our cleaning lady can take care of it. The cost will be 50 €.

Construction work is underway a hundred meters from the house. This work can generate some noise during the day.

Einfach schön

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Mit unserem Haustier Toto hatten wir sehr viel Spaß und wirklich keinen wirklichen Arbeitsaufwand. Die Côte Azur ist definitiv eine Reise wert. La Ciotat ist ein romantisches Fischerdörfchen und fast so idyllisch, wie der Nachbarort Cassis. Von La Ciotat ist Nizza nur 2 Stunden mit dem Auto entfernt und auf jeden Fall ein schöner Tagesausflug. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden unsere Reise bestimmt einmal irgendwann wiederholen.

Angenehm ruhiges und geräumiges Ferienhaus am Rande der Stadt

Wir hatten zu siebt zwei wunderschöne Wochen in La Ciotat und das Ferienhaus trug wesentlich dazu bei. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei, die Zimmer gemütlich, wenn auch nur das Wohnzimmer klimatisiert ist. Nach den Tagesausflügen freute man sich abends immer wieder ins Häuschen zu kommen. Mit der Schildkröte Toto und Tischtennis im Garten waren die Kinder beschäftigt, während die Eltern auf der gemütlichen Kiesterasse mit Grill verweilen konnten. Alles in allem 5 Sterne!
