Enjoy a peaceful stay in a lovely, bright 100-square-meter home facing south, featuring a beautiful 45-square-meter terrace and a large 1,500-square-meter garden with artificial turf.

In this wooded park, you’ll find an 8.5 x 4 m pool, lounge chairs, and a barbecue for enjoying pleasant, convivial moments.
The villa is fully fenced and secured by two electric gates.

La Valentine area, Traverse Rampal, 13012 Marseille. The villa is located less than 5 minutes from shops and highway access.

City centre Marseille is 15 minutes away, the Calanques and the picturesque villages of Cassis and Allauch are less than a 20-minute drive away

La Salette Golf Course is 10 minutes away.
The Old Port is a 20-minute drive away.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec mes deux enfants, ma petite-fille et mon gendre. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour !Les extérieurs sont top, avec une très belle piscine et un jardin très agréable, ensoleillé de 9h à 18h. L’intérieur était propre et conforme à nos attentes, rien à redire.Une excellente communication avec notre hôte, qui a été disponible et très agréable tout au long du séjour.Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y retournerions avec grand plaisir !
