Hiden Gem in North Ocean City
***Thank you everyone for all your feedback in 2021. I have brand new carpeting, new washer and dryer, and a new pull-out sofa as well. ***
Seaweed Lane is a hidden gem in ocean city. This bay side condo is located blocks from a movie theater and less than a minute away from tax free Delaware shopping. You wouldn't know you were in Ocean City on this quiet tree lined street just minutes from the beach.
The space
Two good size bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a sleeper sofa makes sharing this space very easy. With the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and the large windows to the porch, the entire front of the house seem to connect inside and out. The exterior lighting hanging outside the porch makes for great summer evenings at the beach.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a 42" Sony flat screen. There is also all the essentials for beach trips including chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for the days at the beach. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for use as well. Guests will have two parking spots and street parking is available if needed.
No senior weekers please.

Why they chose this property
I am grateful to be able to share this property with other people in Ocean City. This unit is on 142nd street so you are in a much quieter area then being down town. The great porch allows for wonderful nights under the lights, and the 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths makes it great for families or two couples. I would love to share my property with you and hope you have as many great memories in Ocean City as I have!
