Dawn Beach Club showcases the best of Sint Maarten, and is just a few miles (10 minutes) from Philipsburg (Carnival Site) on the Dutch side, described by many as one of the best places in the world for vacation.

This luxury corner unit condo has 3-bedrooms, 2-full bathrooms with fantastic ocean views, and a wrap-around balcony exclusive to "only 3" other units at the resort.

The space includes a spacious gourmet kitchen with immaculate granite countertops and seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, a dishwasher, start-up complimentary dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets.

Flat-screen TV in every room plus living area; 2 king and 1 queen beds with high-quality bed linen and towels service supplied daily via maid service. 2 luxurious, modern bathrooms.

Dawn Beach Club is the only resort on the island that is completely rebuilt from scratch after Hurricane Irma in 2017. Every building has been completely gutted, renovated, and remodeled inside and out.

This ocean-front unit (Located in building D corner unit) is available during Carnival for calendar week #17 in Sint Maarten; April 27th - May 4th.

Minimum stay 7 nights; starts Saturday - check-in @ 4 pm to Saturday -- checkout @ 11 am. The unit sleeps and accommodates up to 8 guests.

There is a laundry room with a new family size, and a separate full-size washer and dryer. Complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are supplied for your first wash.

Free parking at the resort while you stay, as well as extensive on-site security that includes an "every" vehicle clearance through a secure guard gate at the entrance to the complex. The resort security guard walks and monitors the property and its guests 24/7.

The oceanfront infinity pool is staffed with friendly staff ready to make the best poolside drink you can imagine. They also have daily specials that are delicious and refreshing. Plenty of complimentary umbrellas and chairs are available to relax poolside with the family or get away by yourself and curl up with a book or your favorite beverage.

Enjoy the infinity poolside music, ocean breeze, and swim-up pool bar serving great drinks and delicious light meals, sandwiches, salads, wraps, and more. Be sure to catch the beautiful sunsets and sunrises from your private balcony or bring your coffee down to the beach to enjoy the beginning of a new day.

The master bedroom has a sliding door walk out to the ocean view balcony, a desk, and WiFi that's perfect if you need to keep up with work. A large walk-in closet with an in-suite security safe for your valuables is available, and a large master en suite bathroom.

The master bathroom has double sinks, a private water closet, walk-in shower and is refreshed daily (as is the other bathroom and kitchen) with new towels and washcloths by the maid service. Pool towels can be refreshed daily by staff at the front desk. Trash is removed daily by the in-room maid service.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and large closets so your guests can feel right at home.

The living and dining room area has plenty of seating to relax, watch TV, or play games with family, and friends.

There is plenty of room in the gourmet kitchen for preparing and serving meals or having a game night after a fabulous day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and plenty of countertops. Paper towels, liquid dish soap, and dishwasher tabs are supplied for you.

Ample kitchen cabinet space, pots, and pans are included so you can stock up on groceries for the week.

An online service is also available to order groceries ahead of time and have them delivered before your arrival.

The condo will be yours to enjoy; no other guests will be sharing the unit.

This reservation has a strict cancellation policy. A 100% refund is provided for guests canceling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided if canceling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refund is provided for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
