Beautiful new 100 m2 seafront apartment - sleeps 4 - LA BAULE LES PINS
T3bis can accommodate 4 people with the additional possibility of sleeping one to two young children. Located a few minutes walk from the shopping avenue Lajarrige and south facing sea, it is on the second floor of a small new condominium of 3 floors with elevator and standards PMR. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 to 6 people with possibility to receive; all the equipment is new. Pleasant decoration, current and sober. This property includes an entrance overlooking a very large living-room facing the sea with open kitchen, 2 terraces and an original system of bow-window (LUMICENE) which allows to open completely the living room on the outside, full sea face (see photos). 1 sea facing bedroom with terrace, 160 cm bed and en-suite bathroom; 1 sea side room with terrace, 2 beds of 90 cm can be close together and bathroom adjoining; small room with 1 child's bed and an auxiliary fireside, hall and toilet. In addition, large garage in the basement and private outdoor parking.

Un séjour parfait!
De l’accueil chaleureux et efficace à l’appartement magnifique, très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût tout en restant très confortable et fonctionnel, + la situation géographique (les pieds dans l’eau, à deux pas des commerces/marché de l’avenue Lajarrige, du club de tennis et du parc des Dryades = voilà une adresse parfaite!

Un séjour 5 étoiles...
Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour en ce bel appartement où nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par la propriétaire très attentionnée à notre confort. La décoration est très élégante et nous n’avons eu de cesse d’admirer la vue panoramique largement ouverte sur la baie de la Baule que nous avons bien agréablement redécouvert.
Tout était parfait... nous avons hâte d’y séjourner à nouveau.
