In the heart of southern Ardèche, large family property
Located in the heart of southern Ardèche, 1km from the center of Lablachère, our family home welcomes you for a stay imbued with calm and serenity. Comfortable, open to nature, our house offers many opportunities for relaxation thanks to its large shady park and its many terraces. You will also appreciate being a few minutes from the village where you will find many shops. Within a radius of a few kilometers (max 20km) around the house you can discover typical villages (Les Vans, Thines, Montselgues, Labeaume, ...), bathing places sumptuous and secret (we reserve you some good corners ;-)), markets, in short, what offer you a dream stay.
The house is fully equipped and has all the comforts. In RDC, a vast equipped kitchen (25m ²) opens on the dining room and the living room (35m ²) with library, 2 terraces of which one covered for the warmest moments of the day welcome you for a barbecue. Upstairs, 4 large quiet rooms open onto the garden, the pond and access to the terrace for the master suite (gray bedroom, with bathroom and dressing room). The other 3 bedrooms share a nice bathroom with bathtub. For children we have a relaxation area, games, junior library.
A charging socket for electric vehicles is installed in the property.

Located in Lablachere, this holiday home is in a rural area and on a river. Le Pont de L'ile and Commanderie de Jales are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Domaine du Vialat and Mas de Bagnols Winery.
