4BR/2BA PRIME LOCATION to BEACH/JOHNS PASS Unit #1

Please Read***Our Beach House is great for families & those young at heart. We have 3 separate units in a triplex for you to choose from. We are just across the street from the beach (324 feet to be exact!) Rent 1 unit or ALL 3 for a special event and sleep up to 22 people! Pets welcome with pet fee and approval.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. No weight restriction on pet but aggressive breeds not permitted. Pet must be leashed at all times when outside the apartment. Small gatherings of 12 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Unit 1 is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment with nearly 2000sqft of space that sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has full over full bunk beds, third bedroom has a full size bed, fourth bedroom has a king size bed.

We have complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for use during your stay as well as an outdoor electric grill.
A high chair and pack and play are also available upon request.

Property exactly as described on line & pictures. Great location to John's Pass, restaurants & beach. We had great weather for early April. Still alot of rebuilding after the hurricane. Check out St. Pete's Pier and be sure to get BBQ at Urban

Great family spot near beach

We had an awesome family vacation. It was really convenient to have all the beach toys and cart there. The deck was well equipped with a table, chairs etc to eat outside and enjoy the evenings. Shelley was very responsive and accommodating. The beach is so close! We will definitely stay again!

Great Spot with lots a space

We have a family of 5 and this place had enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, not crammed into one room or using pullout beds. There was also plenty of room out on the large patio as well as the living room and dining room for sitting and eating for all of us. Overall we were very pleased with the location and hope to return again in the future.

Fantastic location!

Our family of 8 comfortably stayed in this property. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils that were needed. We enjoyed the large deck area with ample seating. It was very helpful that there were beach necessities (toys, chairs, towels and beach cart) available to use. The proximity of this property to both the beach access and John's Pass were absolutely wonderful! Shelley was very communicative and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay again!

Great beach getaway

The house has 3 units and functions great for multiple families if you rent the whole house. House is old but upgraded enough in the right places - very comfortable. Cold A/C (most important in FL in June). Kitchen was stocked well enough for our use and units were clean. Parking under the house is tight, just as advertised. Lots of beach toys, chairs, wagons, etc… for use were a bonus! Right across the street from the beach access. Easy walk. Cleaning crew was still there when we arrived, so check-in was delayed by a couple of hours. The cleaning crew left a sweet apology note & a bottle of wine & flowers for our troubles. Quick drive to the marina if you’re bringing a boat. Would stay again!

Family Vacation

We loved the house and the surrounding area. Maderia Beach is one of our family's favorite places to visit in Florida. The house was beautiful and the only thing we would have liked more about it, was if it was on the beach. The owners were quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. We would stay here again.

We had a blast! It’s a beautiful place with plenty of amenities. The walk to the beach is short. The washer/dryer were under repair and Shelley provided other accommodations for us. We appreciated that. Communication was quick and thorough. We had an excellent time!
