Contemporary architect's villa of 200 m2 on one level on landscaped grounds of 4000m2 with 12x4 swimming pool. Outdoor wooden terrace of 100m2. Plancha area. Tree house.
The house has a fully equipped American kitchen opening onto a dining room of 35m2. A spacious living room of 25m2 with large bay windows and views of the garden and pool. A master suite of 35m2 with dressing room and bathroom, 3 other bedrooms of 13 m2, 13 m2 and 11 m2 and a bathroom. all rooms are facing South with views of the garden and swimming pool.
Saint-Cannat is a small Provençal village ideally located 15 minutes from Aix en Provence and between the blue coast and the Luberon.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Nathalie et Stéphane. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée à des vacances en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et son espace extérieur — les enfants ont adoré, notamment les lumières « disco » le soir ! Le terrain est également parfaitement clos, ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on vient avec un chien.La maison est idéalement située, à proximité de toutes les commodités, tout en permettant de profiter pleinement du calme et de la région. Nathalie et Stéphane sont des hôtes très sympathiques, disponibles et attentionnés, avec une communication toujours simple et agréable.Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs de nos vacances et recommandons chaleureusement cette maison. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !
