The kitchen area is equipped with a grill oven, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer.
From the living room, a split-step staircase leads to a pleasant mezzanine of approximately 13 m² used as a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a skylight and a fan,
as well as an additional toilet area with WC and washbasin at this level.
