Hi, the condo is owner-managed, and we look forward to receiving your 5-Star feedback! Upscale renovation completed in 2020! Relaxation awaits in our 3BR condo boasting stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Bay from our oversized balcony. Open those windows in the MBR and sleep to the sounds of the waves..... we are steps from the beach and the main pool area has a courtyard with outdoor grills and 3 pools to choose from (in season). Enjoy a week of family fun activities - swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and more or just do nothing at all! Our condo complex sits at the end of the Sandbridge Beach leaving False Cape Park and Back Bay Refuge our only neighbors. This is what makes Sandbridge Beach so special and simply tranquil.
With our recent renovation you will find all the comforts of home. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of room to enjoy family time or find a spot to be still. The fully equipped kitchen features an open layout into the LR and DR area and a wonderful breakfast bar. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinets and space. Privately located MBR and Master Bath Suite.
We love the time we get to spend at Sandbridge Beach and want our guests to enjoy all of that same experience. Owner-managed, no third-party. Your next vacation is a "Shore Thing" with us!

The hosts were so helpful and the condo was just perfect for our needs. It was spacious, well-appointed, and the location could not have been better. Being able to walk out onto the beach and back with small children was a God-send!

Family trip

Great Stay

This condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Great layout and extremely comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Information provided prior to our arrival was detailed and very helpful. Would love to stay here again if we we ever come back to the area.

Great family beach week!

Property was great. Very clean and well stocked with toilet paper, linens, etc. Owners were very responsive when needed. Great beach and we even saw dolphins from shore. Would go back.

Beach bliss!

Everything about stay was perfect! Check in was easy thanks to a detailed email from owner! Condo was beautiful and provided everything needed, and then some. Beach was right there, and sunrises awaited you. Restaurant on premises was enjoyed and appreciated. Beautiful sunsets at bayside across street were picturesque! We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to go back. Everyone enjoyed how spacious the condo was and how convenient the pool and beach was!

The sanctuary in Sand bridge Virginia Beach

Really a nice spot about 25 mins south of the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. The condo was kept really nice and the MBR bed was super comfortable (which is always a plus). The condo was well stocked with just about everything you need if you want to cook. If you don’t they are a couple of places within walking distance. The pool was perfect for our clam and the beach was great because it it private. Really nice stay!

Great Vacation!

We loved the Condo it was very clean and decor was just what one would expect in a vacation home, just lovely. We loved our drinks on the lanai, and the pool with ocean view was magnificent! The only issue we had was finding the condo number when we got off the elevator, it is not very well marked. The location right by the elevator was very convenient. All in all a wonderful vacation!

Exceeded our expectations

Property was very nice and clean. Exactly what we were looking for and just as pictures showed. The pools were always pretty busy but that is to be expected. Being right on the beach with a very short walk to the beach was really nice with 5 kids in tow. Parking is pretty tight but it was nice to be in a garage and close to the elevator. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

It's a Shore Thing you will love it!

This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Stocked with everything you will need and more. Michelle was super easy to get ahold of with a question we had. She was very kind and responded very quickly. We would definitely come back to this condo!

Fun in Sandbridge

Loved our stay at Brad and Michelle’s condo. We were close to the beach and 2 pools. The condo was equipped with everything you would ever need, including laundry detergent and garbage bags. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The only issue we had was initially finding the condo without having a map. Once we found it, our experience at this location was wonderful.

Good location

I think the master bath needs handicap bars. Kind of scary with no grab bars in shower for older folks like myself. Dishwasher is quite noisy. All the batteries in the remotes need replacing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

BEST PLACE EVER

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Everything was super clean and updated. Typically at the end of the week during a vacation, I’m ready to go home. Not this time. We wanted to move in!! Loved how the elevator was so close and the parking spot was practically right outside the elevator. We also loved spending time on that balcony! Communication with owner and concierge was top notch and exceeded my expectations. If you’re debating staying somewhere else, you’re losing out.

Weekend at Sandbridge

The actual condo that we stayed in was wonderful. It was clean and well furnished. Everything we could possiblle need was stocked. The location was great, near the pier and refuge. We were very pleased and would stay there again. The property itself seemed to be going through some renovation, painting. Windows, balconies could use some cleaning or updating. We did not use the pools but they appeared to be very nice. We were confused about getting to the elevators the first time but there was someone there to help us. After that it was easy to get around. The door going from the garage to the elevator was never locked. It didn't seem to latch correctly. I would suggest that you put some sort of tables on the balcomy. If you are sitting on the balcony there is nothing to put your drinks on,

Family Beach Trip

The unit was very clean, well equipped and stocked with many extra supplies. The owner’s timely response to our questions about the unit and the complex were greatly appreciated. The condo living area is spacious with a nice balcony. Although you can see both the ocean and the bay from the balcony railing the view looking straight ahead is the other condo building. The complex is fairly large and as a result is very busy during the day but it is extremely quiet at night. The pools close a little early (7:00 pm) and the pool for our building was closed entirely for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. I was disappointed that there was no ground storage unit for our beach equipment. I didn’t want to have to put it back in the car every night and I definitely didn’t want to bring it inside the condo so we were able to find a location in the parking garage to leave it overnighted. This appeared to be the option other guest had employed as well. I was a little uneasy about leaving it unsecured but we had no problems. I felt the owner’s went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience and everyone in my family enjoyed their stay.

Michelle and Brad were phenomenal hosts. From beginning to end communication was stellar. And they were responsive almost immediately to any questions. Location and unit were terrific. We had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen. It was very comfortable. It was our first time to Sandbridge and we really liked it adter years in VA beach. Beach access was easy, as was parking. Beach has lifeguards. We were able to park two cars, which was helpful. You have an ocean view but the balcony is not facing the ocean in case that is helpful information. Close proximity for a bike ride to the National wildlife Refuge was great. The onsite Mexican restaurant was a pleasant surprise with good and plentiful food and drink. The restaurant/bar across the street on the bay side was great for sunset. Thanks for sharing this lovely property with us.

Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for a stay. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It was more than enough space for our family of four with room to spare. It was comfortable and relaxing and with the sound of the beach and the view to top it off. The amenities of the property are phenomenal as well.

We are from the Pittsburgh area originally and moved to Virginia Beach in 2016. We fell in love with being so close to the ocean...particularly Sandbridge Beach. We enjoy escaping here with friends and family and emerge in the ultimate of relaxation. We have set our condo more in the likes of a second home than a rental property and hope you can enjoy those comforts as well.

Why they chose this property

We had just started to look for a place on the beach and fell in love when we walked into this property! Felt like our second home instantly! It is close enough to drive to the touristy area but far enough away that you can truly engage in the peace and tranquility this beautiful beach has to offer. We enjoy dolphin watching in the morning and sunsets in the evening right on our own balcony! Our condo is set up how we would like to vacation and take pride in the things we have to offer.
