Excellent vacation expirience

Everything from location to communication, cleanliness, everything was very easy to access any questions i had , my host responded imstantly to help. I would highly highly recommend staying here if on any type of vacation it was a great balance of fun and relaxation!

Dear VRBO Customer Support,I am writing to formally report several serious concerns regarding our recent stay at a VRBO property. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit and the lack of response from the property owner significantly impacted our vacation.Upon arriving, we discovered that the sheets on the bed were dirty. We immediately notified the owner that same evening. The owner sent the cleaning lady to address the issue. However, according to the owner, she later claimed that she had changed/made the beds and left two additional sets of sheets. This was not what occurred. She did not make the bed. The bed was left exactly as I had left it after discovering that there was no laundry detergent available in the unit to wash the sheets myself.I also notified the owner that the cleaning lady had not actually addressed the problem and had only dropped off additional sheets. The owner then failed to respond or take any further action to resolve the issue.Unfortunately, the dirty sheets were only one of several problems we encountered:The toilet was dirty upon our arrival, and I had to clean it myself.The soap dispenser/bottle in the guest bathroom was filled with water rather than soap.The kitchen counter had detached from the wall. We had to purchase supplies ourselves and repair the counter during our vacation, which is completely unacceptable for a property being rented to guests.There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the master bathroom.The be

We had a wonderful time. Communication was great and check in went smoothly. Very clean and comfortable condo with fun decor. Convenient parking and well lit. Even though it was the middle of September we did use the pool and had a fun time. We had everything we needed in the condo. A grocery store right out our back door for convenience. We were a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and right in the middle of everything going on. Donut shop and coffee right around the corner. Plenty of shops to poke your head in. We definitely want to come back and stay again.

Great stay, great location!

This is our third time staying in this building and we very much enjoyed this stay. The layout is perfect for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and bedrooms were very well-appointed. The location is great--close to the beach (with 2 parking spots!) and across the street from a grocery store. It's also on the side of the building with a ramp and elevator. I highly recommend this condo--you won't be disappointed!

Virginia Beach Paradise

We stayed here for a family vacation here in Virginia Beach. We had the best time. The place was fantastic. The pool was key! My kids went swimming everyday! We even used the grill during a pool day! I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean, and fit my family just nicely! The rooms were big and laundry was fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great for long or short stay

I was here for quite awhile when I was in between stations, and it had everything I needed. The stocked kitchen, laundry in-unit, and location was perfect for me. Simone was very communicative and helpful, and he readily answered any questions I had. If you want to be in oceanfront, this is a great place to be; short walk from the beach and a few good spots nearby. When I arrived the place was clean and neat, no complaints. Thanks for everything!
