Welcome to Playa Rana, home of the finest properties right here in the heart of Virginia Beach. This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer.

ALL LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE RENTAL!!!

There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and secure coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located half a block from the condo for all of your shopping needs.
Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, separate full bathroom, flat screen TV, vanity with a mirror, closet with new washer and dryer as well as a dresser with night stands and lamps.
Second bedroom offers a brand new bunk bed, with twin bed on top and double bed on the bottom , closet and a work desk.
Great room offers a nice flat screen TV, sofa that converts to a queen size bed, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to the balcony for you to enjoy the sun set and palm trees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to leave the parking passes in its original location. Make sure to leave all dishes left clean and in its original location.
Take out all of the trash (dumpster located in the corner of the parking lot)
IF possible leave all dirty linens next to the washing machine
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a ton of fun! The condo was in a perfect area where we felt safe, and we were within walking distance to everything. We loved that the grocery store was right behind us incase we forgot anything.

This property, it was perfect it's for our stay to visit family. The bed in the bigger bedroom was it's perfect, no sore back in the morning!! I love you the nautical and fiji scene throughout, even though we weren't right on the beach, it felt like we were there We could have walked to the beach, in warmer weather. About 2 or 3 blocks to all the shops and boardwalk. Simone recommended it's Waterman's and it was perfect for a saturday afternoon lunch. They only do valet parking, but there was a public lot, right down the street where we met up & parked. After lunch, walk the boardwalk & shops; a perfect day! There's a lovely grocery store, cadycorner that is walkable too if needed with a very nice selection!! We would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our visit. The walk to the beach was a lottle rough on the hot days but not too bad. Good restaurants near by. The host was very helpful and friendly. Only problem we had was with the shower head in the hall bathroom, but the host got to us within 10 minutes to assist us.

This apartment was incredible. Everything was made in such a way that I had a feeling that somebody was waiting for me and made everything with love. It's that feeling you have every time when you return to your parents house during Christmas. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Enough hangers were in the closets, there were enough dishes, pots, and cups also. A lot of nice paintings were on the walls. It was a really nice place thanks to Simone!

Charming and cozy condo near oceanfront

My wife and I enjoyed our 2-week stay in this charming and cozy 2-bedroom/2-bath condo a short walk to the oceanfront, several great restaurants and a wonderful pastry/coffee shop. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay - even a tea kettle - except, of course, your own food. A ton of cute nautically-themed furnishings decorate the unit. The sectional sofa is comfortable, as is the queen mattress, although it is beginning to wear thin. The Wifi is quick and speedy. The 40" smart TV has a nice picture for its size. Communications with the condo manager was excellent. The wifi went out one evening, and when we contacted, the manager quickly contacted Cox to ascertain what was going on and passed the info on to us.
