I would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone! It was charming, very well equipped and in an excellent location to take advantage of the historic area of Dinan. Ann-Kathrin was a terrific host who went above and beyond to be helpful and we so enjoyed meeting her. We loved everything about our stay there!

Fantastic stay in a 16th C renovated apartment!

Ann-Katherin (owner) couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. The apartment was conveniently located in the ultra charming downtown area, everything walkable. It was roomy, very comfortable and loaded with modern conveniences such as a washer- dryer and dishwasher. The building was historic and like living in a fairy tale! We loved our stay in Dinan.

We loved this apartment so much! We are so glad we chose Dinan as a base for our exploration of the area. What a charming town - and our apartment could not have been more perfect. Ann-Kathrin is just lovely, met us on arrival and was so helpful. The apartment is in one of the oldest buildings in Dinan and has so much character, and yet as been updated beautifully inside. The parking is close and is also very easy to get in and out of town. Our stay was just delightful!

Absolutely Fantastic !!

A wonderful apartment, beautifully renovated to the highest standards, right in the centre of the old town. Walk out the front door and you feel that you are in 16th century Dinan. Everything you would want - boulangeries, creperies, shops, historic buildings all just 5 or 10 minutes walk away. Ann-Kathrin, our host, gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. Secure parking just 5 minutes walk from the apartment was much appreciated. Happy to highly recommend this fantastic property. Anne and Allan

Superb Host and Superb Property in Dinan

We were so impressed with Ann-Kathrin’s meet and greet process. She is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. As we have never been to Dinan it can be a challenge finding the apartment of a town you have never visited. Ann-Kathrin made it so simple for us. We were very fortunate that she provided us with a secure private parking space just a few steps to her apartment with easy access to visit points of interest. Her apartment is stunning! Ann-Kathrin’s attention to details are very evident with the decor. Perfection!

Staying in Dinan was like a dream come true and this property made it even better. A beautiful apartment in a 16th century building that has been updated with modern conveniences. We really couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more than we did. Dinan was gorgeous and a good stepping off point for the many surrounding sites. Ann-Kathrin was a wonderful and super helpful host and I would stay here again in an instant.

This is a beautifully planned and appointed apartment right in the center of a fascinating town. Good restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. Owner was friendly and helpful. We had a great week in Dinan and took way too many photos, as each corner is prettier than the last!

Wonderful Dinan

Superb apartment in central Dinan. All new fixtures and fittings that work really well. White goods efficient and in pristine condition. The bed is comfortable and all bed linen of good quality, great views and atmosphere over the square below , the owner Ann -Kathryn arrived promptly on arrival and departure date. A splendid week in Dinan with lots of good places to eat and drink. Faultless!!

The owners were so helpful and charming right from booking to departure. The location in the historic centre is atmospheric. The apartment is beautifully equipped and comfortable. We felt very lucky to have such a bijou residence for our holiday.
