Wir waren mit einer sechsköpfigen Familie mit Hund zu Gast bei Philippe.Das Haus ist toll und groß, die Ausstattung etwas zusammengewürfelt aber vollständig und umfassend,Die Lage ist toll, wenn man viele Ausflüge machen will und ein Auto hat.Wir haben den Urlaub und den unaufdringlichen und angenehmen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr genossen.Klar könnte an der Außenanlage mehr gemacht sein.. aber das könnte es bei mir zu Hause auch. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Séjour au calme dans un environnement agréable

Maison de grande taille avec un extérieur agréable même si la saison ne permettait pas d'en profiter. Des champs à proximité pour les balades avec les chiens. Maison bien agencée avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'hôte est disponible pour répondre aux diverses questions. Situation idéale pour visiter les plages du débarquement.

Endroit idéal

La maison est très propre et se situe dans un endroit très calme, elle est conforme à l'annonce. Endroit idéal pour les grandes familles. Nous avons pu visiter les villes de Caen et de Bayeux qui sont à proximité. La côte est magnifique avec toutes ses plages du débarquement. Je recommande cet endroit.

A memorable stay in Normandy

This property is fully equipped for a stay of any duration, both inside and on its secluded patio. Our party consisted of two people but with four bedrooms available, a large family could share the house with ease. The position is very well placed for visits to the sites in Bayeux, Caen and the Normandy landing beaches. The host, Philippe, is very aimiable and welcoming and it was a pleasure to meet him. I fully recommend this letting.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben zu dritt 14 Tage im Haus verbracht, Beschreibung und bisherige Bewertungen trafen alle zu, bis auf die Tatsache, dass der Vermieter sich weder bei der Ankunft noch Abreise hat blicken lassen. Es gab lediglich kurze Informationen per e-mail. Negativ anzumerken ist, dass sich die Außenanlage seit 2019 nicht geändert hat (keine Hausnummer, keine Lampen, kein Tor) und der Garten einen vernachlässigten Eindruck macht (überall wuchert Unkraut, Rasen nicht gemäht). Das Schlafzimmer im EG ist nicht nutzbar, die Matratze ist total durchgelegen. Das Mobiliar in den oberen Schlafzimmern sowie die Küchenutensilien (Geschirr, Gläser, Pfannen und Besteck) sind anscheinend von Haushaltsauflösungen zusammengewürfelt. Die Kaffeemaschine ist total verkalkt und nicht nutzbar. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist ideal, um in alle Richtungen herrliche Ausflüge zu unternehmen.

Fantastisch verblijf

Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden waren opgemaakt, handdoeken lagen klaar en er is een vaatwasser, oven, magnetron en wasmachine. Er is zelfs een PS2 voor de kinderen!! De ligging is perfect om alle bezienswaardigheden van Normandië te bezoeken. De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten!!

Excellent Property

Great location and very quiet. We went for the cycling and visiting the Normandy beaches museums and memorials. The location could not have been better (so long as you have a car) as it's very central. The roads around are perfect for cycling as they are very quiet and there are interesting villages with old houses and chateaux at every turn. The house itself is very warm, spacious and well equipped. Philippe is also very friendly and attentive - he even arranged good weather for us in April!

Great house in quite village

The property is spacious, it was clean and well equipped. Perfect for two families sharing as the are two seperate bathrooms. The rear garden is roughly South facing and equipped with garden table and chairs. Some sun loungers would have been a bonus. We had a 3 years old child with us and the garden is not secure so a small child needs supervision. The kitchen is well equipped but lacks a kettle. The village of Coulmbs is small and sleepy, the ringing of the church bells a lovely welcome sound. There are not any shops in Coulmbs. The next village, Cruelly, is a few minutes drive and has a cafe, a boulangerie, and a pizza restaurant. The supermarkets are in Bayeux We had a couple of minor issues and Phillipe responded quickly. If you enjoy a quite and peaceful location this property is perfect.

Fantastisch verblijf!

Dit huis is prachtig. Het is rustig gelegen. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: netjes, bedden opgemaakt en heel wat informatie over de buurt. Met de auto is alles dichtbij: winkels, strand en bezienswaardigheden. We hebben ervan genoten!

👍Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch aller Landungsstrände👍

Wir haben Ende Mai eine Woche in dem Haus gewohnt - alles genau, wie beschrieben - freundlich, netter Empfang - gute Einweisung in Haus und Umgebung - Schlaf- u. Badezimmer sehr sauber - Küchenbereich auch (kleine Abstriche beim Backofen und einigen Kochutensilien) - gestellte Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorbildlich - kein Aufpreis für eine Endreinigung (Betten abziehen, spülen,Tische abputzen und durchfegen/saugen sollte selbstverständlich sein) - ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss - drei Schlafzimmer (2 x Doppelbett und 1 x zwei Einzelbetten), ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette im Obergeschoss - Treppe zum Obergeschoss ohne Geländer/Handlauf - Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und Sonnenschirm (uns wurde auf Anfrage ein Grill auf die Terrasse gestellt, Grillkohle haben wir selbst besorgt) - in dem Dorf ist "tote Hose", Mobilität erforderlich Alles in allem sehr gelungen - Merci Philippe

Une très belle et confortable maison

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette belle maison où il ne manquait rien. Grand séjour, grande cuisine, 4 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bain très pratiques et jolies. Le contact avec notre hôte a été très rapide et agréable. La maison est très bien située pour découvrir les plages du débarquement ainsi que Cabourg, Houlgate et les routes du cidre.
