Traditional Breton house, 5 minutes from the beach, near Saint Brieuc, Binic-Etables sur Mer, St Quay Portrieux. 50 minutes from Cap Fréhel.
The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a large living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob), wood stove.
Closed courtyard with wooden terrace, ideal for naps and barbecues.
Private parking space.

Hébergement temporaire de qualité !

Très bon séjour de deux semaines. Environnement calme et petite cour agréable. A 10 minutes des plages en voiture. Beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours ! Très bons échanges avec les différents intervenants. 2 belles chambres, un grand salon. Hébergement qui peut donc être recommandé sans souci ! Nb1 : le réfrigérateur est tout petit, ce qui obligera une famille prenant ses repas régulièrement à la maison à faire des courses très fréquemment (heureusement, hypermarché et marchés très proches en voiture). Nb1 : l'escalier pour monter à l'étage est assez raide (si mobilité réduite)

Gezellig huisje met een tof tuintje! We vonden het vooral heel handig dat het bereikbaar was met openbaar vervoer (bushalte om de hoek, station in st brieuc) en toch dicht bij het strand lag ook. Wij raden zeker plage Martin aan. Jessica, die het huisje voor ons kwam opendoen, was ook heel vriendelijk!

Belle maison bien équipée et joliment décorée, pièce de vie et chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bains appréciables à 5 ! Au calme et proche des commodités. Plages et belles balades à proximité.
