1 large living room bright South-West facing (garden/ trail view) with a sofa, flat screen TV, hifi radio cd -
1 sleeping area with comfortable bed in 140cm, wardrobe for storage -
1 American kitchen with 2 induction hob, fridge, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hood, microwave -
1 small bathroom with shower, WC, sink, towel dryer -
WIFI. ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Electric heating.
Common parking of the residence and common room for bike or board.
Furnished tourism classified 2 stars. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra charge for animals (1 small dog of - 6 kg allowed), deposit by imprint bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).

The residence, "hanging" on the hill, dominates the large beach of Trestraou (fine white sand). Casino, sailing school, cinemas, restaurants, mini-golf along the beach at 400m walking distance. Departure from Trestraou for the path of customs officers (pink granite chaos, Ploumanac'h "favorite village of the French") and stars of the 7 iles

Une semaine au frais avec des paysages magnifiques

Une très bonne adresse juste à côté de la plage avec accès direct, en hauteur. Petit appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire et très propre, nous avons passé une super semaine. Températures juste ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir profiter des balades sur le sentier des douaniers. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. On recommande pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la côte de granit rose.

Appartement tout équipé et bien décoré. Vue du parking et emplacement parfait. Par contre très bruyant (voisins du dessus et couloir) et assez sombre. Bon séjour !

Schöner Aufenthalt mit 2 kleinen "Macken"

Gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Apartment, ein Minus ist der sehr schmale Einstieg in die Dusche. Die zu zahlenden Nebenkosten waren im Online-Inserat nicht erwähnt.
