Housing renovated on the ground floor of a villa under renovation (you will be the only tenants and no work planned before October 2019) can accommodate 2 people in Labenne-Ocean close to the central beach (300m ).
Ideally located between Capbreton / Shoorts-Hossegor (10 km) and Bayonne (17 km). Extremely easy access thanks to its proximity to Labenne station (4km), the motorway (12km, exit 7 Ondres) and Biarritz airport (25km).
Downtown Labenne-Ocean 500 m with restaurants, bakery, supermarket, bike rental, surf schools ...
At the heart of the golf greens: Hossegor 12 km, Seignosse 18 km and Biarritz 22 km.
The apartment is 60 m² with a kitchen overlooking the garden of 300 m², 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 and a living room.
You will benefit from a big terrace 60 m ².
The apartment is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction hob, plancha stainless steel and all the small equipment necessary for everyday life (iron and ironing board, household products, vacuum cleaner ...).
A small garage will allow you to store a motorcycle, bikes or any other object of your choice.

Sehr Gastfreundlich! Zur Begrüßung standen verschiedene regionale Spezialitäten wie Kuchen und Pastete bereit – eine sehr liebevolle Geste. Auch die Erreichbarkeit des Hausverwalters war hervorragend: Bei Fragen oder Anliegen haben wir stets schnell eine Antwort erhalten, zudem war man uns gegenüber sehr flexibel.Eine besonders schöne Überraschung war der Pool, der auf den älteren Buchungsfotos noch nicht zu sehen war. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal: sehr nah am Meer und am Ferienort, gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Von den umliegenden Campingplätzen bekommt man kaum etwas mit.

Cette maison est très bien agencée pour l'accueil de deux foyers différents notamment; elle est pratique et calme (notre séjour s'est déroulé en hiver). La plage est très proche, avec un petit square et des jeux d'extérieur attrayants pour les enfants en bas âge. Le centre ville est accessible rapidement en voiture avec toutes les commodités utiles. Des points touristiques renommés (pays basque notamment) sont tous proches également. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Location près du bord de mer (5mns à pieds) spacieuse et agréable pour un regroupement familial, nous étions quatre famille. Nos ados y trouvant leur espace perso par l agencement de la maison. Attention néanmoins à l’utilisation de la mezzanine qui reste très bruyante à éviter pour le couchage Sinon accueil très agréable de Sonia qui est très à l’écoute ! Très bon séjour
