This charming, quiet and very bright apartment will offer you a panoramic view of the sea and the forest.

From its large south-facing balcony, you can enjoy your meals, savor good moments of relaxation facing the sea.

In addition, it is ideally located at the premiums surrounding the very picturesque city of Vence, this medieval Provencal city which hosts every summer the famous festival of the nights of the south.
You will be just a few minutes walk from the historic heart and all amenities (shops, restaurants, bus station in direct connection with Nice Côte d'Azur Airport ...) while being in a quiet, green with a view clear to the sea (ideal for joggers and nature lovers).

The apartment consists of a very bright living room not overlooked opening onto a south facing balcony.
A separate kitchen is fully equipped. A high chair can be made available to travelers who wish.
The room offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea and the greenery also. Possibility of adding a baby umbrella bed.
The beautiful bathroom with a large shower cabin is equipped with a washing machine.
A parking space in the residence allows parking very easily.
Bed linen and towels provided.

350 € deposit will be requested on the day of your arrival and returned within one week of your departure.
A cleaning fee of 50 € may be added as an option.

NB: It is not allowed to smoke or make parties in the apartment.

Nicht and quiet flat

We really enjoyed staying in Stepanie's flat. It's nice and quiet but still close to everything you nee like bakery and supermarket. The view from the balcony is superb. It is well equipped and comfortable. There are many picturesque villages nearby. So we can fully recommend staying there. Thank you for having us!

Impeccable !!

Accueil chaleureux par Stéphanie. Elle a su nous donner des adresses de lieux magnifiques que ça soit à la plage ou à la montagne. L’appartement est impeccable rien à dire, l’aspect cozy nous donne un effet d’être chez-soi. La propreté était présente. De plus, la localisation de cet appartement nous a facilité sur nos déplacements dans la région. La vue est magnifique à travers le balcon !!! Bref rien à dire de négatif, je recommande fortement ce bel appartement !

Cela a été un réel plaisir de faire connaissance avec Mariusz et sa famille, de les accueillir chez moi et de leur faire découvrir quelques coins et facettes de notre région.
