Waterfront Crystal River Ozello Island Home - private dock/pier and sunset views

Luxury custom built stilted home in the beautiful and relaxing community of Ozello in Crystal River. Spectacular waterfront views, enclosed sunset room and direct access to the gulf from private dock and pier with boat launch on property. Enjoy the view of manatees, dolphins and an abundance of birds and local wildlife from the comfort of this special property.

Beautifully landscaped yard includes a private fish pond (not for fishing or catching) and bird feeders for a full nature experience on the island.

Two bedroom (one king, one queen), two full baths, under house breezeway seating area, and large enclosed sunset room boasting views of the water, wildlife and surrounding islands.

We do offer internet wifi access (sorry, no cable or satellite or local TV) although cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity due to the remote nature of the property and potential weather. Smart Tv has Roku with some free apps as well as the ability to access your own subscription based services (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

Maximum occupancy of this property is no more than 4 total people (includes adults and kids). Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed.

Rental also includes access to three high quality kayaks (two singles and one tandem) for use by our guests at no additional charge - a tremendous savings and incredible way to explore the Ozello area. Launch directly from the property!

Walk to Pecks Old Port Cove Restaurant and discover other local gems. Get on "island time" and enjoy everything this quaint community has to offer.

This our 2nd visit to this fabulous house and we plan to come again next year. The peace and tranquility of Ozello is wonderful and the house feels like home. The house is immaculately clean and the furnishings are really comfortable. The only thing missing was manatees and I don’t think the hosts can do anything about that. We will come later in the year next time

The kitchen is fully stocked to include a tea kettle which was AMAZING!!!! The kayaks were great for fishing!!! The dock was great to fish from. The sunsets were epic. Communication with the host was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!!!

The view and natural surroundings were phenomenal; the house was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked; and the host was very responsive. It was so nice, we ended up staying an extra day. I would mention to future guests, it is a little bit of a drive to "civilization", but very enjoyable with all the natural features. This is our second stay there, and will no doubt return.

Very nice loved the view and safe secure location. We caught dozens of crabs from the dock but very few fish. Wrong time of year for good fishing from the dock we were told from our fishing guide. Local restaurants were amazing and the drive to town was so scenic it never got old. Perfect home to just get away from it all and relax.

The house was everything we hoped for. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful views all around the property. Our young daughter had a blast fishing from the dock. This is a perfect location for getting away from the crowds and experiencing Old Florida again. Will definately book this again!

Terrific! Very comfortable stay. We were there during a cold snap and loved looking out the front window at the birds and porpoises. The kayaks were great and there is plenty to explore. Super convenient to walk to Peck’s for lunch or dinner and the kitchen was well equipped to dine in as well. We will be back!

I have nothing to say but great things about this place. In a tranquil quiet spot with a restaurant right down the street. My daughter and I brought our fishing rods and caught so many fish off the dock it got boring. So great, totally recommend!!
