Our condo is a large double floored unit with spectacular views. Towards the Lakeside Village, Ten Mile Range and Keystone Mountain. Close Proximity to the Keystone Lodge and Spa, as well as the Keystone Conference Center make it ideal for business professionals who are coming for meetings, or Skiers coming to enjoy the slopes.

Our building features an indoor hot tub (community), with sliding doors that open to the outdoors, which is ideal for soaking and relaxing after a long day of skiing bumps, hiking or exploring the Rocky Mountains.

Covered Car Park – There is an covered car park directly below the unit with sets of stairs for those who don’t want to wait for the elevator . There is covered indoor and uncovered outdoor parking directly below the units as well as elevator. 1 assigned spot (covered) . This unit is easily accessible from the covered parking, simplifying the loading and unloading of your luggage, skis, etc. S

Shuttle Service – Unlike most buildings, the Shuttle stops right at the main entrance to our condo building. Meaning the furthest you need to walk in your ski boots to get on the shuttle, is out the front door.

We are a loving small family. Our second home is very special to us. We want others to have the opportunity to create beautiful and unique memories as we have. Fall in love with the quiet, the landscape and Summit County like we have.

Across the street from our property you can have access to the renowned Keystone Lodge and Spa complete with swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and gym . You can purchase day passes.

Rules and Regulations:

Please treat our home and the community property as it was your own .

Condo Rules and Regulations:

No one under 30 may rent. Children are allowed (of course ) accompanied by adults.

No pets please. Including small animals or service animals.

No party's please.

The Fireplace(s) is for looks, not use. (We have heat)

If carpet is stained, there can be fines up to $1000

If Police are called or noise complaints there will be a fine you are responsible for.

No shoes in house. Must leave them by front door. Thank you

No eating or drinking anywhere but the kitchen table, family dining table and large wooden dining room table. Use coasters provided for drinks please.

There is a secruity camera facing the front door of the home and is on at ALL times.

No unregistered guests.

No smoking tobacco or marijuana or illegal drugs inside or on the balcony. Outside by the garage or front of building for tobacco smokers.

There are 2 flights of stairs. (no baby gates) but we would be willing to put them in if needed.

Quiet hours are from 8pm-6am

Please DO NOT LEAVE children unattended in the condo

No leaving children unattended in the whirlpool room unless they of age of the rules of the spa

No outside babysitter,nannies, friends or family allowed in the home outside the number of guests listed. Nannies that travel with the family are allowed, but must be part of the 5 individuals max. Nannies must also present photo id.

Sorry for the strict policy. We care about our home and who stays there. We want your family to feel safe in our home and know we have the best interest and respect for your vacation. We honestly want other loving families/business professionals to enjoy our condo and take in all it has to offer. We leave the condo in pristine condition and we expect those using it to treat it with care. Please respect the environment when in Colorado. Please recycle and think Green. God bless.
