Located on the first floor of a small residence of 6 apartments, at the end of the large beach, come and relax by the sea!
South, the apartment is bright, and quiet, about forty m2. Its large balcony allows for lunch in the sun facing the bay of Quiberon. The kitchen has been redone in 2016 and the paintings in 2018.
The room is equipped with 2 beds 80x190 can be close together.
A separate toilet and a walk-in shower room.
A parking space is reserved for you and the possibility of storing your bikes in the local, located in the basement without elevator.
FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 5 NIGHTS, SHEETS AND TOILET TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. POSSIBILITY IN SUPPLEMENT. (10 € / person)
The final cleaning is not included in the price, it is up to you to do it, if you do not want to clutter this task, or if the apartment is not returned in its initial state, a package of 30 € you will be asked.
