In the heart of the seaside resort of Carnac, famous for its sandy beaches and megaliths.

Beautiful location for this apartment with sea view located 100 m from the Grande Plage. The center of Carnac-Plage and its shops are about 500 m, thalassotherapy 1 km, the supermarket is 750 m.
Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.

Duplex apartment of 35 m², located on the 1st floor. This property includes:
- Entrance to living room with sofa, television, table, chairs,
- Equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, induction hob 2 fires, fridge-freezer, kettle coffee maker, toaster, washing machine),
- Covered balcony facing south with nice sea view, table, two armchairs,
- Bedroom with 140 cm bed.

- Large open mezzanine with 2 x 80cm beds that can be pushed together and 1 x 80cm single bed.

Très bon séjour

"Très bon séjour ds cette petite résidence tout près de la belle promenade de la grande plage de Carnac. La situation de la location à côté de la plage, le balcon et la chambre en mezzanine. L'équipement électro menager bien pratique. Le village de Carnac si agréable et la région autour."
