Chipmunk Corner - No Pet Fee

Chipmunk Corner, is a pet-friendly (no pet fee) cabin. Nestled on a 1 acre wooded lot, the cabin is private and just 12 minutes from the Gatlinburg Strip, 20 minutes from Dolly's Stampede and only minutes from the center of the Arts & Crafts Community. This beautiful 3Br/3Ba, 2000 square foot cabin has sitting/entertainment areas on every level giving a cozy feel and has adorable animals carved into the posts of the balconies and staircase. It has plenty to keep you entertained: an 85 inch TV, pool table, foosball, air hockey, fire pit, and hot tub.



There is a stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a freezer with a craft ice maker, and a propane grill. It is a "smart" cabin with lights and thermostats connected to google home throughout.  There are 5 flat screen TVs with Dish Network and high speed internet to keep you connected. You can relax in the large jetted tub surrounded with rock lined walls and featuring a gas fireplace located in the master bath on the main floor.



Enjoy the great outdoors sitting around a campfire on the flagstone patio, from the hot tub, or sitting in a rocking chair on one of the two balconies.






Location



This cabin is located on the East side of Gatlinburg near the arts district only 12 minutes from Ole Red on the Gatlinburg strip, about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and only minutes from the art district.



Please note that we have eliminated taking a pet fee.



The primary renter who is financially responsible for the stay must be 25 yrs old or older.

We had a wonderful time on our stay. Our children loved the air hockey table. It kept them busy during the rain storm. Beds were very comfortable. The location. Was perfect. Out of town but close enough to everything. We had 3 separate visits by bears that we noticed. We wonder how many we missed. Our dog felt like he was at home as well. We will be revisiting in the future!

My husband and I took our two teenagers to the Chipmunk Cabin. We wanted our 17-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter to have their own separate accommodations and space, and we wanted to have our own as well. The cabin choice did not disappoint!The kids loved the movie room and the games, and the campfire setting was a hit too. The cabin is very private, with big windows on the first and second floors that offer a scenic view.The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The bathrooms were stocked with a variety of towels, and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash that were provided in every bathroom.The kitchen had a well-appointed table with plenty of chairs, and it was stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home.The hot tub was great, and it was well-positioned both inside and out. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on both decks and relaxing as a family.Overall, we had a great time at the Chipmunk Cabin and would highly recommend it. We would definitely visit again!

Wow! We enjoyed our stay at Chipmunk Corner so much!! The cabin was beautiful and so were the views! We loved that our dogs were able to be with us :) The cabin was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having the game tables, hot tub, and fire pit to enjoy after spending the day hiking or some time in Gatlinburg. We also enjoyed spending time with our dogs out on the covered porch enjoying the birds and scenery in the mornings. Our only regret was not staying longer! Mike was a great host, and we would love to come back again someday!

Hiking, fishing, and anything outdoors has always been my go-to way to relax and recreate. Now, having a family with small kids, the Smokey Mountains is a perfect place to show my children the wonders of the outdoors and provide them with countless adventures and activities. When the opportunity came up to have a second home in Gatlinburg and open it up to guests, it was a no-brainer.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I purchased Chipmunk Corner in October of 2019. When we first saw the cabin, it felt so cozy and inviting. Our girls loved the animal carvings on the posts throughout the cabin, and my wife love the jetted tub with fireplace. We could see ourselves there as a family for years to come.

What makes this property unique

The animal carvings in the posts are truly unique. We did not see those in another other cabin we looked at. The elegance of the jetted tub with fireplace is also top notch. The cabin has lots of separate areas for people to sit, relax, and be entertained without losing a cozy, inviting feeling.
