This is a VINTAGE Apartment. It is a 50 year old building, and this Studio / Efficiency has been lovingly cared for. It is decorated with hand-stitched pillows & has beautiful honey oak floors. It is COZY & comfortable. This is an OCEANFRONT efficiency condo on the 2nd floor (1st floor above the Lobby Level). It has a fully equipped kitchen with an Outdoor POOL & sundeck on the same floor as the unit. There's a keyed entrance with an on-site manager, security cameras, laundry facility, underground parking garage, outside parking deck, elevators & free wireless INTERNET. The beach & Boardwalk are literally outside the front door. Relax on the PRIVATE BALCONY & enjoy the SPECTACULAR views. If you enjoy QUAINT & unpretentious.... and watching the sun rise over the ocean, this rental might be for you. **(MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS)**

The view is unbeatable--right on the water! The studio is cozy and comfortable--I packed to stay in (for the most part--still had to go around the corner for some great oysters!) and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend with a stack of books and the sounds of the ocean.

I think this was our 4th year using Jane's condo...so that says it all. There is no better location and the apartment has everything needed for a comfy stay. We are already looking forward to a repeat stay in 2026. I've been staying at Star of the Sea for over 50 years.

This is a perfect location for access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping without having to drive. The condo is clean and comfortable with a small patio overlooking the beach. It is a studio but it was large enough for us for three nights with two kids ages 13 and 11. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing sunrise views!

Very welcoming space, nicely decorated, amazing views of the sunrise and the beach! Great location walkable to everywhere we wanted to go! Host is very responsive and gives excellent, detailed information. Jane’s Unit will definitely be our 1st choice whenever we’re in Rehoboth!

Cozy and Convenient

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property was very clean and exactly as described. We could feel the love that had been put into it! All of our activities were less than a 10 minute walk away which was very convenient as well. Highly recommend this property for other couples or a young family!
