Amazing house for a family gathering - from the beautiful pool and deck to a swing set and multiple playrooms. Very comfortable set up for a large family with so many en-suite bathrooms and very comfortable beds! We have stayed twice and recommend this house! Very responsive owners too.

Jeannine's house was perfect for our large family. The common spaces were great for spending time together, and the bedrooms were exactly what we needed to all have some personal space and comfortable places to sleep. The back deck and yard allowed for plenty of outdoor time for kids of all ages and the whole family to capitalize on the beautiful summer weather. The pool was lovely. We would 100% come back for future family gatherings. Jeannine was always quick to respond while booking, leading up to the trip, and during our stay. Great communication!

Perfect for extended family summer vacation!

This beautiful house comfortably sleeps a large extended family and is thrilling for young kids (playrooms, swing set and heated pool!). Greenfield Hill is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to the fun town of Fairfield. Multiple tennis courts and a beach are within 15 minutes but you’ll also never want to leave the property!

Spectacular house with all of the amenities! Jeannine thought of everything including craft supplies for the little ones. Everything in the kitchen is labeled and she has EVERYTHING you could need. Jeannine is extremely responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental!

Perfect family Thanksgiving

Everyone loved this place. We could gather all together, or have quiet time, alone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and more bathrooms downstairs. A great outdoor space for our dog to run and playground for the children to play. Everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We hadn’t gathered like this in 8 years, and it was definitely a success. I will dream of this for years!!!

Terrific vacation house!

I rented this house for a multi-generational family gathering and a great time was had by all! The house was super spacious, clean and well stocked with all the amenities one would need on vacation. The kitchen is a cook's dream and very well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and backyard a lot. Jeannine was very responsive throughout our stay and great to work with. Would definitely return to this house.

A Perfect Thanksgiving

We absolutely loved this home. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with dear friends. The house was a great size for our two families. Wonderful sized rooms but still warm and cozy, great for kids, tastefully decorated and well organized. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We hope to return and highly recommend!

Perfect getaway house for families

We had an awesome weekend and the house was perfect. Even better than it appears in pictures, the property was amazing, the house was stocked with toys and balls for the kids, the pool was heated, and the house was really beautiful. The host was very communicative and helpful and willing to assist with any request. We had an awesome weekend, everyone was comfortable and felt at home and happy and we hope to make it back soon.

Great re-union property!

Our stay was a birthday / reunion event... 10 old friends who meet every ten years for a surprise birthday celebration. The 5 en-suite bedrooms worked perfectly for us. We can be a fairly rowdy bunch but there is such privacy surrounding the house that we disturbed no one. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for the making of meals and the beds were comfy and the towels in every room were soft and fluffy! The owners were lovely and very helpful and we had a terrific time!

Perfect Family Getaway!

The house and property are gorgeous and incredibly well organized. The kids were engaged for our full time there with all the TOYS, happily doing fooze ball in the top floor playroom, dress up with the dolls and all the clothing in the playroom on the first floor, two different types of blocks for building in the family room, karoake in the top floor playroom, musical concerts in the family room with a guitar and piano... That was an above and beyond treat that there were so many toys for them to engage and play with. Plus the host thoughtfully left toys for each kid as a welcome gift - the science experiment kit was a real treat for not only the kids but their scientifically oriented Dad. Then we made use of every second the weather allowed us to be out in the pool. Days started with breakfast in the lovely huge kitchen, moved outside for swing/playhouse time, all aiming toward hours of fun in the large pool, again with dozens of swim toys for the kids to enjoy. The adults were similarly engaged - we had three folks who loved to cook, so the big kitchen easily accommodated their separate and joint creations. Coffee and tea on the patio to enjoy the morning sun, great family dinners in the evening - it was truly a magical time.

A perfect getaway!

The property is beautiful. The resort-like setting provided the perfect backdrop as we disconnected and relaxed. The house is lovely. Immaculate. So comfortable. Everything is wonderfully appointed in all of the rooms. Multiple fireplaces. Fully equipped kitchen for making family meals. We had a fabulous vacation and highly recommend this property. Jeanine was gracious with her time and details in making us feel at home.

Easy access to the beach and local farms make it relaxing and family friendly. The solar-heated pool is a joy in summer. Kids love the 7 foot high treehouse. Enjoy the fire pit for cozy nights and grill burgers and steaks all year long on the $3,000 Weber Grill. While the design is old world, the house is full of technical and up-to-date amenities like solar-heated pool; indoor/outdoor Sonos wireless speakers; Phillips Hue Smart Lighting system, 80-inch curved TV and state of the art chef's kitchen that's fully stocked.
