Peaceful Seaside Retreat

Newly Built 2019 home is immaculate and spacious and just a brisk walk to Scarborough State beach. This NEW home has 5 Large bdrm and 4 full baths. Not to mention breathtaking ocean views, gorgeous sunrises, and a clear view of the light house from the master suite. This home is close to many popular restaurants, Galilee, Block Island ferry, nature walks, Pt. Judith Lighthouse, Camp Cronin and Fisherman's Memorial. This location is a great area to go biking, walking, roller blading and surfing.
The lower level of home is fully tiled with access to a full bathroom and the backyard. On the second floor of this open concept home; you will find the spacious living area attached to the kitchen. With its seven-foot-long island and stainless-steel appliances, this area of the home is a prime location to host family and friends for food and drinks. Also located on the second floor is where you will find the first of four bedrooms, with a full bathroom. Before heading up stairs, head outside to the outdoor deck with your coffee or loved ones as you watch the sunrise in the morning.

The master bedroom sits atop of the stairs on the third floor with its on-suite bathroom and master walk-in closet. Not to mention its very own sun room with a wine cooler refrigerator. Relax with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Pt Judith Lighthouse from the master bedroom. Also on the third floor you will conveniently find a washer and dryer; a full bath and two large bedrooms.

We provide many items conveniently so you can travel with less and enjoy your beach vacation, family reunion and fun times at the beach! The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs. Which includes huge lobster pots, a Keurig, a waffle iron, griddle, crock pot, etc…We supply many beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, boogie boards and beach toys. We have an outdoor hot water shower as well. We also have an outdoor hot water shower that is great when coming home from a fun day at the beach!!

Perfect place for larger group

The house is large with bedrooms on all three floors with plenty of bathrooms. Location is nice and quiet with plenty of activities in the area. Only minutes to several different beaches, you get to pick your favorite. Plenty of places to eat within minutes of the house or stay in and cook in the fantastic kitchen. The owner is extremely accommodating and super responsive. Had a blast and will rent again when I’m back in the area.

Specious, comfortable house and great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property and would highly recommend it to large groups. The house is beautiful, very spacious and was perfect for our large multigenerational family. The property was very clean and felt almost brand new. The host (Frank) was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Great location, with ocean views; very close to 2 great beaches and restaurants.

Very Spacious comfortable home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the home is very spacious - each of the bedrooms is much larger than pictured. The kitchen, dinning room & living room are a big open space - great for family get togethers. House was immaculate and felt brand new. Parking out front is super convenient. Beautiful home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. So clean, rooms were very large and spacious, highly recommend! Property manager Frank was easy to work with and very responsive to questions we had. We hope to visit again!
