Home is professionally cleaned between guests. All high touch surfaces are disinfected with CDC approved cleaning products. All bathrooms and kitchen surfaces cleaned with bleach. ALL bedding is washed between guests for better bed hygiene. Remote control plastic covers are changed between each guest. Home is stocked with TP, paper towels, hand soap and hand sanitizer.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a King size bed, en-suite master bath with oversized shower and soaking tub, dual sinks, granite countertops and private ocean view deck. The other bedroom on the 2nd floor features a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, private view deck with access to roof top deck. 1st floor bedroom features Queen size bed, full bath and patio with sliding glass doors and a 3rd private deck. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s, cable and high speed WIFI. In the evenings you can enjoy an amazing sunset over the beautiful La Jolla ocean with a glass of wine or cocktail on one of the three outdoor decks. Come enjoy the tropical backyard with lush landscaping, patio table & chairs and outdoor gas grill. Full sized washer & dryer conveniently located in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. Bed linens, pillows, comforters, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and blow dryers are all provided for your use. Your rental includes an “arrival starter kit” (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, tea and water). Pack’n’Play & crib sheet provided.

Well behaved dogs will be allowed with a $1000 additional refundable pet deposit. We ask that you do not leave the dogs unattended inside or outside the home during your stay. A list of the many pet friendly establishments and beaches will be provided to you.(Note: You must let us know you are bringing a pet so we can increase the refundable deposit by $1000. )
