Arnaque d'un marchand de sommeil

Bonjour, J'ai réservé cette location pour 5 personnes afin de passer le nouvel an à Marseille avec mes amis. Le prix était de 416 € pour 2 nuits. L'annonce correspond à mes critères : l'appartement est au centre de la ville et il possède au moins 5 couchages personnels. Pour le prix payé nous nous attendons à une offre milieu/haut de gamme. Il s'avère que l'annonce est mensongère. - Annonce : "appartement de 4 chambres" - Réalité : 1 vraie chambre, 1 pseudo-chambre bricolée de moins de 7 m2 avec une hauteur sous plafond inférieur à 1m90, 1 double mezzanine bricolée juste sous le toit dont les espaces sont inférieurs à quelques m2 chacuns. - Annonce : "appartement de 90 m2" - Réalité : l'appartement ne respecte pas les normes et n'a clairement pas 90 m2 de superficie loi carrez. - Annonce : "vue magnifique sur la ville" - Réalité : vue sur l'immeuble délabré d'en face qui peine à tenir debout. On a vu que l'appartement est situé à une dizaine de mètres des immeubles de la rue d'Aubagne effondrés en novembre 2018 engendrant la mort de 8 personnes. - Etat général de l'immeuble : lorsque nous arrivons pour la première fois dans l'immeuble dans la matinée, alors que nous marchons pour accéder à l'appartement au 4ème étage, nous croisons un voisin qui nous demande vigoureusement de fermer la porte de l'immeuble car "des voyous défoncent les portes à coup de pied puis squattent et volent dans l'immeuble". Le soir même, je suis effectivement témoin depuis la fenêtre de jeunes hommes remontant la rue et mettant des coups de pieds frontaux dans les portes des immeubles afin de les ouvrir. Nous nous retrouvons ainsi à devoir descendre et remonter les 4 étages pour ouvrir et fermer le verrou à chaque fois. - Etat général de l'appartement : la peinture fraichement refaite recouvre plusieurs longues fissures murales et sur le plafond. - Literie : deux lits sont composés de matelas mous où l'on s'enfonce dedans. Le lit superposé de la pseudo-chambre bricolé se situe à moins de 40 cm du plafond, ce qui laisse très peu de place pour rentrer dans le lit. Les taies d'oreiller étaient grasses et l'une d'entre elle présentait des tâches de nature inconnue. - Température : il fait très froid dans l'appartement. Le chauffage mural situé sur la photo principale ne chauffe que le mur. Nous avons dû déplacer le chauffage de la "double mezzanine" pour supporter la température du salon.
