Lovely property in the lower Ardèche mountains

The property was perfect for a 12 day holiday. Close enough to all amenities but far away to get a private feel away from daily hassle. Emanuel’le and Serge are lovely hosts, very war and welcoming. The property is beautifully located on the hillside in a very quite little hamlet. Absolutely beautiful. And of course the hosts cannot help the weather was awful :-)

Bezauberndes Dorf in den Bergen - tolle Natur und Menschen. Es gibt eine schöne Badestelle auf dem Weg zur Wohnung - wenn man von unten kommt steht in einer Kurve eine Art Sandkiste auf der rechten Seite und links geht ein unbefestigter Weg in den Wald. Dort einfach mal das Auto direkt an der Straße parken und dann links in den Wald reinlaufen. Der Abstieg ist teilweise etwas beschwerlich, aber es lohnt sich. Mehrere andere leichter erreichbare Badestellen liegen entlang der Straße. Unsere Kanufahrt auf dem Chassezac war einer der Höhepunkte des Aufenthalts. Im Sommer ist im Ort jede Woche donnertags am Abend einer kleiner Markt mit musikalischer Unterhaltung und Bewirtung. Auf jeden Fall mal hingehen. Die ausschließlich französischsprachige Begrüßung durch Serge war nett und es gab auch ein paar tolle Hinweise für die Umgebung/ den Aufenthalt. Seine Frau Emmanuelle spricht ergänzend Englisch. Generell sind gute Französichkenntnisse für einen Urlaub in dieser Gegend absolut zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet und es ist so weit alles da, was man braucht. Erwähnen möchten wir auch kurz, dass das Bad direkt in den Schlafbereich integriert ist und man so alle Lebenssituationen teilt. Wenn wir nochmal zu zweit Urlaub in der Gegend machen, übernachten wir gern wieder hier.

Das kleine Häuschen hat sehr viel Charme, es ist alles da, was es braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung ist für Wanderungen, Radfahren und zum Baden in den Flüssen ausgezeichnet.Die Kommunikation mit Emanuelle und Serge war sehr warmherzig und unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.Wir kommen sicher wieder!Martina

Un petit nid douillet dans un environnement splendide

Très agreable séjour au calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ! Une belle vue de la terrasse, dans un petit hameau calme, possibilité de balader sans prendre la voiture, mais pas trop éloigné des commodités. L'accueil est chaleureux et les conseils d'Emmanuelle au top. Le logement est pratique et a tout le nécessaire. La chambre et la salle de bain/WC ne sont pas séparés par une cloison, cela ne nous a pas gênés mais il est bon de le savoir.

Entschleunigen am Fuss der Cevennen! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Praktisch eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit gemütlichem Sitzplatz. Dépaysement

Propriété en adéquation avec l'annonce. Idéalement située pour des départs de randonnées, avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Maison difficile à trouver la première fois, et place de parking restreinte. La vaisselle n'était pas propre, et les fourmis nous ont tenues compagnie tout le long de notre séjour. Il manquerait quelques équipements pour que le séjour puisse être encore plus agréable (wifi, télé) surtout quand les beaux jours ne sont pas au rendez vous. Malgré cela, vacances très agréables et reposantes dans un lieu magnifique.
