OVERVIEW Welcome to Scarborough Village! The updated and renovated pet-friendly townhouse offers two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and sleeps six comfortably with a queen sleeper sofa. Your main level offers an open floor plan w/ tile flooring, a dining area, a well-stocked kitchen for your home chefs, a large flat screen TV w/ extended cable, free Wi-Fi, and access to the rear patio. The patio provides well-manicured grounds, a gas grill, and brand-new outdoor furniture for dining outside. A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
LOCATION: Scarborough Village is a beautifully landscaped community centrally located next to Rehoboth Avenue! Only four blocks to the beach, our famous boardwalk, multiple five-star restaurants, tax-free shopping, and community playgrounds are just a quick walk away. Park and walk everywhere during your vacation!
PARKING: Two assigned parking spots.
AMENITIES: Large saltwater pool, ceiling fans, gas grill, pet friendly with a pet fee (two dogs), and electronic keypad for an easy check-in process.
THINGS TO KNOW: This townhouse rents Friday-Friday, and two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. No smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linens rental package for guests. Each bed is equipped with pillows, mattress pads, and a blanket. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and property

The house was very clean and the property was well maintained. The furniture was in good shape and the kitchen had everything you need to cook/eat while staying there. Everything was in great condition! It was quiet and comfortable for our family of 4. The pool is fantastic too! Walkable to the beach or shops/restaurants. We parked the car when we arrived and only moved it to go check out Cape Henlopen (about a 25 minute drive away).

Great location and nice place

Contract indicates there are two off street parking places but not at this set of condos (102 and 106 only have one space). Plus with an 11 yo and 15 yo, it's inconvenient to have them sleep in the main living space (fold out couch). Otherwise the location and property are great for 4 people (and one car). We would love to stay in the same block again at a place with more beds for kids. Very nice place!
