Breezy Days OBX is just a few steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean featuring views of the sound and the ocean from the multiple decks. Located next to the Historic Rodanthe Pier with pier passes included. Enjoy "Breezy Days" and and amazing sunsets. The Outer Banks has some of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the US. Come enjoy the private pool and 7 personal Hot Tub. Whether you enjoy Fishing, Surfing, Swimming, Sun Bathing, ATVs, Searching for seashells, or just good old fashion campfires on the beach there are so many activities for all.

Our favorite season is the fall where we enjoy Moscow Mules and S'mores over a campfire on the beach with a warm blanket and the sound of crashing waves at sunset, nothing less than amazing! https://obxbeachaccess.com/outer-banks-beach-bonfires/

The view from the ship's watch is priceless and allows a 360 view of the island with wonderful sound side sunsets!

Don't forget the gorgeous sound side of the Outer Banks! With breathtaking sunsets, the sound side offers premium fishing, parasailing, paddle boarding, and a favorite on the islands kite flying.

All rooms feature 40" or larger Smart TVs equipped with a Netflix account. You are also able to sign in to your own Roku, Sling, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts. There is a DVD player available and we have a stock of DVDs. There are puzzles, games, and books available for use as well. Towels and Linens are provided and a starter supply of necessities such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap. Beach towels and chairs are provided at no extra charge. Washer and Dryer provided for your use. Laundry soap is also provided.

The pool is available for use from April 15th through October 15th. The pool has a heater available for an additional charge. Please inquire.

Outdoor shower and changing room available next to pool.

We encourage you to purchase travel insurance. The home is on an island and experiences weather conditions at times that can disrupt access to the island. We do not issue any refunds when travel to the island is disrupted but are happy to provide the necessary documents for the travel insurance claim should the occasion arise.

Please note you will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Nice place in great location

We really enjoyed our stay from the no contact check in process to the space of the house. The kids loved having their own rooms and it was a short walk to the ocean beach. It was nice being so close to the beach but not absolutely covered in sand all the time.

Fabulous vacation

We loved staying at Breezy Days! The pool is amazing as is the hot tub. The start up supplies provided was plenty for our week stay and the supplies I brought were never unpacked. We enjoyed the views from the top deck as well as the Crows Nest. The walk to the beach was fine. The high tide surprised us the first day because of how far it came in but we still enjoyed the beach. We also loved the assortment of games and puzzles! Very peaceful and relaxing vacation!

Quick Family Trip

Overall we had a really nice time and would stay again. The hosts provided beach towels and things like soap, laundry detergent etc. which was nice and the beds were really comfortable. There were crumbs on the sofa and some ants when we arrived, but otherwise clean and tidy. The beach access is close, but a little difficult to use. You can easily take the road if you don't mind a few extra minutes walk time.

The house was meticulous. We loved our whole experience. Michelle always answered questions I had in a timely manner. My grandsons loved the pool. They were in it from morning until evening. Wonderful Labor Day Weekend with Family

House was welcoming and very close to the beach. Our family has a wonderful time. Dan and Michelle were great with communication! We were arriving on Thursday, started communication on Tuesday to alert us of the tropical storm headed to the island. Update us with current status, safety and made necessary adjustment to our original plan to accommodate the last minute changes needed to happen. We are very appreciative of their prompt response to our questions. Would love to come back again when we can!

The property was completely flooded under the house and I asked the contact person for help, but none was given. We could barely get in and out of the house on some days. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Peaceful Family Stay

The rental was great. It is situated in a quaint, peaceful little area we really enjoyed. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. You do need to bring your own shampoo and soap for showering, however, this doesn't bring our rating down whatsoever. We had a little hiccup with the pool not being heated the first day, but due to storms the day before, we understood maintenance was doing their best to make their rounds. The host was quick to respond to our messages throughout our stay. My kids loved spending the evenings in the heated pool. My youngest also learned to swim while we were there. We recommend Oceanas Bistro for lunch/dinner, sand boarding at Jockeys Ridge, and shelling on the beach. Overall, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend Getaway

The girls in our family decided to plan a last minute beach getaway and this property was absolutely perfect!! Although not right on the beach, it’s only a row or two back and a very short walk! Home was very clean and laid out perfectly and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy one another’s company!!! We got to the property early and I messaged to see if we could go ahead and check in. Since the cleaners weren’t done, we parked at the property and walked around the area. Communication was quick and thoughtful! I would most definitely Rex come my this home and hope to visit the area again, so that I can be a repeat customer!!!

Wonderful OBX vacay home

We absolutely loved our stay at Breezy Days! We loved the proximity to: the beach, the Rodanthe Pier (live music!), The Waves Deli and Market, and the Kitty Hawk Kites shop. The house was the perfect size for our group of 9 people; 4 adults, two tweens and 3 little ones. I loved that the doors didn't creak so we didn't have to worry about waking the baby. The house was so clean and linens and towels were well-stocked. The fridge had an ice maker and the tap water tasted great. All appliances worked well. There are so many games!!! The big table was wonderful for meals and game time. The leather couches were great. The three-level deck was awesome and the view from top deck was especially great. We were lucky to stay during a new moon and the stars were beautiful.The pool was so clean and in the perfect location for the sun. There were lots of floats and noodles for the kiddos. The outdoor spigot and shower were well-functioning and in good shape.The only thing we had a hard time with was the king bed on the main floor was two twin beds pushed together. We would love if it was a bed like the others in the house because we absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return in the future! Thank you so much for renting your wonderful place to us!

Very very dirty and run down, did not have the advertised 4 baths

Overall this was not what was expected. From the false advertisement of 4 bathrooms on the VRBO site (there were 2.5 bathrooms) to the overall completely run down living space, outdated appliances to generally incredibly dirty home. There were crumbs still on the counter under the toaster, we could not use the oven without filling the house with smoke. The pool cleaner came once the morning of check in and never again. Overall the stay was significantly impacted by the cleanliness and run down home.

Loved it!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! Contact with the owners was always timely and professional. The home was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We had a total of 9 people in the home and had plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we had is that the laundry room is located within one of the rooms, so coordinating that was a little difficult, but that was such a small issue. Overall we would definitely rent this property again!
