This was a great location on the lake and a short walk to the amusement park. You can fish off of the dock, go boating with your boat or rent one just a walk away, play shuffle board or a variety of other outdoor/indoor games at the property, or have a quiet night sitting by the fire while looking at the lake.

We stayed here over fathers day weekend. Excellent location at the park entrance and walking distance to boat rental. Gold cart is a bonus! Excellent views of the lake/park from the back porches.Very well stocked house with everything you could think off! Cathy was very accomidating!

We had such a great time staying here. Kathy is extremely nice and helpful! The house had everything you need and more. We were lucky enough to stay when indiana beach had fireworks. We sat down at the dock and enjoyed a wonderful show. Indiana Beach is just a quick walk away. Was just a wonderful getaway!

This property exceeded my expectations! Such a wonderful place for our family to visit! I bought this house years ago as a way to bring my family together for summer outings. I have had many great events at the lake house and want to open the property to others to create great memories.

Why they chose this property

Walking distance to Indiana Beach for go-and -return break at the lake house. Monticello has many fun things to do and great restaurants. But if you want to relax, the lake house has all you need for fun and relaxation with the beautiful lake view from the deck.

What makes this property unique

This 1926 house has great character...and many renovations to make it modern in every way. Legend has it that the house next door was Al Capone's summer house! The house is heated so it can be an off season place to stay while going to Purdue football games!
