Canal front old Miami ranch style home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has king sized bed, newly remodeled en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and sliding glass doors leading to large screened in lanai. Lanai is furnished with lounging and eating entertainment areas. 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, large closet and shared full bathroom. Living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional guests with large sliding doors to the lanai. The home also includes a pack-n-play sleeper. Art deco kitchen has all you need and a charcoal grill is also available for your gourmet meals. Washer and dryer included for your use. Home is located close to the yacht club which offers a community pool, beach, racquetball courts, boat launch, restaurant and a long pier for fishing, which is a short drive or bike ride away. 5 bikes and 4 beach chairs are in the garage. Home is convenient to shopping, restaurants, boat rentals, harbors, the Key West Ferry, Fort Myers Beach, Captiva and Sanibel Islands. Home sleeps 6+.
