Everything about this place was perfect. It was nice and clean when we arrived. The pool was a huge hit for the kids, and they also enjoyed the hot tub outside. We will be staying here again in the future.
This cabin was perfect for me and my husband. This was our second stay here. We love the pool and how close the location is to downtown...very clean and cozy!
We stayed 4 nights here it was comfortable, clean, private. The bed was comfortable. Great place to stay and safe.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
It was an unfortunate week of bad circumstances. Amenities advertised were not in working order. I had to clean worms out of the pool when we got there. Within an hour worms were in the water again-see pics. Every time it was cleaned they kept coming back. Water fall has not worked for several weeks according to pool guy who came out Tuesday morning. Owner acted like the switch just needed turned on.Hot tub - same worm problem.Downstairs "theatre" audio did not work. We could only see picture - no sound. It had been re-wired, but apparently wrong. Those same worms showed up in our bathroom upstairs as well. Smoke alarm started beeping low battery 8:00 am Wednesday. No response from owner on that issue. It beeped every 2-3 minutes for the next day and 1/2-all thru the night. Can't show a pic of that.We reserved the cabin specifically for the pool, hot tub, the aesthetics of the fountain, and for downtime away from fast pace. We received none of that. Basically a glorified hotel room. We went into town to get away from the cabin for a while. This trip ended up being a big disappointment. Owner was nice to talk to. Most communication was over text. We didn't receive our access information until 6:00 pm on Monday. We stopped at Walmart until we heard from her. Things happen, I understand that. She offered a discount and we agreed to it. It is now almost a month later and the money still has not been refunded.
This property is so lovely. Within minutes of the downtown area. Having a pool indoors was such a convenience. We loved the outdoor hot tub but one night received a bear visitor that both gave us a great story to share but also made feel a little afraid to continue to use it. The shower has 2 heads which was so nice. Would stay here again.
My wife and I honeymooned in Gatlinburg and chose this cabin to stay in. It has an indoor pool, spa, fooseball table, great location and was overall the perfect cabin for the two of us. We got to see a mama bear and her two cubs at the cabin. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
First of all the cabin. Absolutely perfect for my family of three. Very technologically modern while still being rustic and cozy. My family hoped for a bear sighting while in the mountains and we got what we wanted. The wildlife outback is amazing. Chipmunks everywhere and we had a total of 4 bear sightings. My family highly recommend this place.
The cabin was perfect for our little family on our anniversary trip. Plenty of room, very clean and when I needed to reach out to the property owner, she was quick to respond. Close to the park entrance but far enough away we felt like we were in the woods.
We loved this Cabin! It was perfect for our 2 small children and 2 adults. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location is perfect for spending time in Gatlinburg with a small family. We had a blast!
We loved the cabin and it was exactly what we expected. We had one moment where we couldn’t figure out the projector but the owners were quick to assist and get us up and running! Highly recommend
We had a marvelous time at relax away!! The place was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and swam every day. It was close and convenient to downtown, restaurants, and hikes. Best of all, we saw two big bears from the comfort of the back porch! We look forward to our next visit.
It was a wonderful spot for a family vacation. Cabin was super clean and our kids loved the pool! The host was attentive to our needs when we had a question about the projector and the pool during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
So clean! Cleanest vacation home we have ever stayed at. Great location, close to the park and downtown but far enough that you are out of the busy feeling of the downtown. The deck and patio were great places to relax, we also loved the pool. The bear visited multiple times on our last night, we would love to visit again!
We arrived later in the afternoon and the check-in process was simple and easy. Most attractions we were interested in were a 5 minute trip from the cabin. The pool and hot tub were nice, but we mainly hung out at the pool, because there were a few bears that hung around on the property, which is expected with it being the mountains. The property manager was very helpful and resolved any issues that we ran into. It was a very good experience for us and we would stay again/recommend this cabin.
If you are looking for a beautiful cabin, lovely views, relaxation that is close to all of the things to do this is the place. We had a great vacation. It was clean, had tons of fun things for my kiddo to do, swim, hot tub smores at the fire pit. So fun. I highly recommend this place
Property was super clean and beautiful! Host is very responsive and informative. Convenient to most events and the National park. Bears do frequent the property which was exciting to see, our first night there were 2 walking around the fire pit right before dark. Our family enjoyed our time at Relax Away!
We had a good time at the property. The pictures accurately reflected the rooms and amenities. The manager quickly corrected a small issue at check in with the lock.
The location was close to everything we wanted to do in town.
