This property is so lovely. Within minutes of the downtown area. Having a pool indoors was such a convenience. We loved the outdoor hot tub but one night received a bear visitor that both gave us a great story to share but also made feel a little afraid to continue to use it. The shower has 2 heads which was so nice. Would stay here again.
So clean! Cleanest vacation home we have ever stayed at. Great location, close to the park and downtown but far enough that you are out of the busy feeling of the downtown. The deck and patio were great places to relax, we also loved the pool. The bear visited multiple times on our last night, we would love to visit again!
The waterfall in the pool did not work however cabin was beautiful and it was just as advertised. Wonderful time. Watch out for bears saw several right next to the hot tub.
We loved our stay. The location was the perfect distance from both downtown Gatlinburg and downtown Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood was quiet, and we always felt safe. The back deck does overlook a large green storage tank, but if you can live with that (we could), then there are no complaints. Kids (12 and 10) loved the pool and we loved the hot tub after long days of hiking and walking.
The waterfall was not working when we arrived. This was fixed the next day. The fire pit was not working. The owner was contacted and they said someone would be out to fix it, but it never was. This was disappointing since we had planned to use it. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom from around where the fan was. It rained so it was noticeable each morning as water would drip on you if you were on the toilet. These issues were disappointing given the cost per night. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub so that was a big plus.
Beware that there are no restaurants that deliver to the cabin. If you are looking a good option without having to drive, there really are not any.
Great place, pool was great, filter may need some cleaning as it's not getting the dirt or bugs coming under the garage door. Great location if you want to see bears, just always be aware of your surroundings and luck your car doors they will try to get in!
Nice time, bear walked past us while sitting on the lower patio. Quite neighbor.

It was an unfortunate week of bad circumstances. Amenities advertised were not in working order. I had to clean worms out of the pool when we got there. Within an hour worms were in the water again-see pics. Every time it was cleaned they kept coming back. Water fall has not worked for several weeks according to pool guy who came out Tuesday morning. Owner acted like the switch just needed turned on.Hot tub - same worm problem.Downstairs "theatre" audio did not work. We could only see picture - no sound. It had been re-wired, but apparently wrong. Those same worms showed up in our bathroom upstairs as well. Smoke alarm started beeping low battery 8:00 am Wednesday. No response from owner on that issue. It beeped every 2-3 minutes for the next day and 1/2-all thru the night. Can't show a pic of that.We reserved the cabin specifically for the pool, hot tub, the aesthetics of the fountain, and for downtime away from fast pace. We received none of that. Basically a glorified hotel room. We went into town to get away from the cabin for a while. This trip ended up being a big disappointment. Owner was nice to talk to. Most communication was over text. We didn't receive our access information until 6:00 pm on Monday. We stopped at Walmart until we heard from her. Things happen, I understand that. She offered a discount and we agreed to it. It is now almost a month later and the money still has not been refunded.
Everything about this place was perfect. It was nice and clean when we arrived. The pool was a huge hit for the kids, and they also enjoyed the hot tub outside. We will be staying here again in the future.
This cabin was perfect for me and my husband. This was our second stay here. We love the pool and how close the location is to downtown...very clean and cozy!
First of all the cabin. Absolutely perfect for my family of three. Very technologically modern while still being rustic and cozy. My family hoped for a bear sighting while in the mountains and we got what we wanted. The wildlife outback is amazing. Chipmunks everywhere and we had a total of 4 bear sightings. My family highly recommend this place.
My wife and I honeymooned in Gatlinburg and chose this cabin to stay in. It has an indoor pool, spa, fooseball table, great location and was overall the perfect cabin for the two of us. We got to see a mama bear and her two cubs at the cabin. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Few small issues but nice overall
First the projector would not turn on. I seen the other reviews and thought maybe it would be fixed/working but it wasn’t. Notified the property manager of that and another issue with the fire pit, they responded about the fire pit but not the projector.
There was trash in the yard, looked like from the bears, notified the property manager in hopes it would be cleaned up but it was not prior to checking out.
The hot tub had all kinds of sand and dirt in it. But was clean otherwise. The remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work. Luckily we was able to get an app on our phone to control the tv.
Overall we had a great weekend despite the issues, but communication could be better and small maintenance items could be fixed quickly if the property manager is proactive.

Overall the place or cabin is nice but the floors were a little dirty, my socks constantly picked up "stuff", the pool had stuff in it as well as the hot tub. No way to confirm water temp but the pool which is "heated" was fairly cold. The hot tub is NOT private. We cleaned up kitchen/dishes/counters & tables, put towels in pile in bathroom, placed the bed linens in pile, emptied trash as was specified and about an hour after home got a call saying the cleaning staff couldn't find any towels, linens. Caution, The hand rail at the bottom of the entry is rotted off and loose and there are a few screws sticking up out of the decking in places. In my opinion, for what we paid per night, these things should have been better.
We arrived later in the afternoon and the check-in process was simple and easy. Most attractions we were interested in were a 5 minute trip from the cabin. The pool and hot tub were nice, but we mainly hung out at the pool, because there were a few bears that hung around on the property, which is expected with it being the mountains. The property manager was very helpful and resolved any issues that we ran into. It was a very good experience for us and we would stay again/recommend this cabin.
We loved the cabin and it was exactly what we expected. We had one moment where we couldn’t figure out the projector but the owners were quick to assist and get us up and running! Highly recommend

Hot Tub Disappointment
We booked a cabin in Gatlinburg to enjoy a hot tub and the crisp cool spring air but unfortunately the cover to the hot tub was missing, thus the hot tub was filthy and needed to be vacuumed in order to use it. Thankfully, the heated pool was okay but could not get the TV projector to turn on so we resorted to music on our cell phones. Otherwise, it was a conveniently located and clean facility.
