River View Condo in the Wilma

This distinctive studio is in the heart of downtown Missoula in the historic eight-story Wilma. The over-sized windows that stretch across the south wall give you the most stunning views of Caras Park, so whether you feel like partaking in the various events/festivities you are just a few steps away, or perhaps you prefer observing from a bird’s eye view in the comfort of your luxury  studio... the choice is yours!

The studio features a king-sized bed, separated from the living room by a dividing wall that features a flat screen TV on the top and a fireplace on the bottom to offer privacy as well as ambiance. The living room features a brown leather couch and chaise combo which could serve as an additional sleeping area if needed. 

The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, a flat top range with seating for two at the dining table that overlooks the south side of Missoula. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the surfers on Brennen's Wave or the Saturday Market that runs every Saturday from May to October.

The suite offers a spectacular view of the river. I enjoyed sitting by the window in the mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the view. The suite is spacious and conveniently located in downtown. Underground parking is a big plus!

This is a beautiful apartment and a great location. Perfect for our trip to Missoula to catch a concert at the Kettle House amphitheater. This is right around the corner from the Top Hat which runs shittles to the venue. Perfect spot to get good local breakfast in the morning.

We enjoyed this property so much. The location was perfect for restaurants, shopping and running along the river. The activities available are endless. The condo has great views and is very comfortable and charming. Lots of extra linens and towels. Parking was easy. Communication for check in and questions we had were answered immediately. It is a beautiful condo in a great location with incredible views. Nothing bad to say.

We were very happy with our stay! Host was very responsive when we had questions. The location was wonderful. We were in town for a concert at the Kettlehouse Ampitheather and we were able to walk over to the Top Hat to catch the shuttle in just a couple of minutes. The view was great from the many windows in the unit too. We were able to visit the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning too, before we left town. There were 4 of us, so 2 had to sleep on the couch. I may have read the listing incorrectly, but I thought it said there were 2 twin futons listed for bedding (aside from the one bed). But the couch seemed comfortable enough. Maybe not for more than a night or 2 - just something to keep in mind.

My husband Chris introduced me to Montana 7 years ago when at about the same time, we discovered the beautiful Wilma. We fell in love with the building and bought our lovely view condo. We don’t get to spend nearly as much time as we would like to there! This was our first Airbnb.

We spend most of our time at our ranch in Westlake Village California in the Santa Monica Mountains where I manage 3 AirbnB’s there as well. One is a beautiful 1972 Vintage Airstream,
A Safari Tent and lastly, the a luxury Conestoga Covered Wagon! Being at Prospector Ranch is like stepping back in time to the 1800’s. We even have a saloon at the ranch! Our lives there keep us quite busy so escaping to The Wilma and Montana is a real treat. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

I have family in AZ and go frequently to see my son so that is my newest Airbnb in Glendale AZ.
