Located on the eighth floor, this condo features a full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course meals. With this rental you can also enjoy the Beach Club's many great shared amenities including six pools, multiple hot tubs, beach access for sunbathing and water sports, and multiple on-site dining options! For an additional daily fee, you'll also have access to tennis and basketball courts, a fitness room, additional indoor/outdoor pools, saunas, a game room, and other deluxe amenities!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
