You’ll enjoy our modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. (Tip: You can Enjoy more beach time by DownloadIng the Publix delivery app on your smart phone to have all of your groceries delivered directly to the condo.) Enjoy views of the gulf from the couch as you catch up on the latest news/entertainment on our living room flat screen &/or watch TV from any of our Bedrooms! The Master (like the LR) has sliding glass doors to access the balcony & also offers a walk in glassed tiled shower with seating area as well as a nice bathtub just across for a relaxing night in after a Long day at the Beach. Also the Guest room has double windows to view out on to the front (shared) balcony and also has a Jack and Jill bathroom across from the Full/Full bunk beds. You’ll enjoy Gorgeous sunsets as you relax on our (11th floor/ center of the complex ) Beach Front Balcony directly over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico! Restful stay

My husband and I were able to get a much needed restful stay and totally enjoyed everything about our stay. The balcony view, the view of the ocean from our master bedroom, the pool, the beach, and the restful and very nice condo. The host was very responsive and timely with responses.

Great Place To Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here and had questions a couple of times, the host was super responsive!! The only problem we could even think of is that the door is difficult to latch so it pops open easily cutting the air off and the air only goes down to 68. Other than that the stay was amazing along with the rooms and everything else! We would definitely book here again!

Everything in condo 1105 was great felt like home for the week. The owner Christina was easy to communicate with, check in with Charles was easy & the property was very well maintained. We will stay again.

Fabulous condo right on the beach!

This condo was super clean, the perfect location, and had plenty of space for our family! The kiddos loved the bunk beds :) We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional experience

Simplistic, ease and accommodating condo experience… The check in directions were on point and set us up for success… This condo is located right off the elevator of building 1, fantastic views, comfort of home feeling, parking in tower 2 convenience - souvenir and boutique shopping, eatery with coffee bar, ice cream, daily fresh donuts, pizza and more on the ground floor of tower 2.. Resort grounds are well maintained and staff is constantly visible for any guest needs! Tiki bar was fantastic - Wonderful vacation spot!!!

Awesome Beachfront Stay

If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with a few friends, this is definitely your spot. The location is perfect being next to multiple grocery stores, attractions, and restaurants. Our host, Christina, was super quick to respond to any questions we had about the property and even accommodated a early checkin because we got into town a bit earlier than expected. 10 out if 10, would absolutely come back again.

Beautiful Condo! Great experience!

The Condo was beautiful and the property manager was amazing. Always answered questions in a very timely manner and was very helpful! The condo provides beach chairs each day and has a nice pool and bar downstairs!! We did have to uber to Walmart and to the pier and to dinner as it is not closely located to any of the main attractions but we always had very plesant uber drivers.

Excellent condo for a family stay at PCB. Very clean and decorated well!

This condo was clean and looked to be professionally decorated. It was convenient to everything PCB has to offer and in a great family oriented complex. The host, Christina was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly. She was so easy to work with and went out of her way to. share details with me early and got me into the unit early when we arrived to town sooner than expected. My family and I will be back here on our next trip to PCB!

Great location

Checking in was a little confusing. Check-in time is 4pm but we were in front of the property until about 4:15. We finally got in only to find that the place wasn't quite clean. Thank God, the owner of the cleaning company showed up and took care of the issues. From There, all was fine.

One of the best!

We took our annual PCB trip a little later this year and it was great! This was our first time staying at Grand Panama and we loved the pool and beach access. We chose Christina’s place based on the great reviews about cleanliness and communication and it did not disappoint! I really loved all the cute beach decor — when you’re at the beach you want to feel like you’re at the beach! There is plenty of comfy seating on the balcony, too. We had zero issues with the elevators and parking. Christina is one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with and we’re so glad she shared her beautiful place with us for the weekend. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great for family of 8

I always try to give an accurate rating and discription. Check in process was quick and easy. The condo was beautifully decorated . Although i did have my 7 and 2 year old grandsons so i moved some of the decorations higher up. The views were great. The condo was nice and clean. Very little wear and tear. I would recommend paper or plastic plates if you have small children. The beds were nice and comfortable. Even the bunk beds. One issue we did have is we couldnt figure out how to get the tvs to work in either bedroom but it wasnt a big deal to us. Oh and we learned you cant dry your towles on the rail of the balcony... management will leave you a note taped to the door lol Would definitely book again.

Perfect!

We travel to PCB multiple times a year to vacation and this is by far my favorite condo. Christina is fantastic and she truly cares about your vacation experience. We were celebrating my 46th birthday with friends and family and arrived to balloons and cake. It really set the tone for our entire trip. The condo is updated and extremely clean. It is equipped with everything you need need in the kitchen, as well as, games and a closet full of beach toys, chairs etc. The condo is beautifully decorated and she has really gone above and beyond with special touches. The views from the balcony were stunning and the luxury furniture made this my favorite spot in the mornings. We had a great stay and plan to return later this year.

Beautiful beachfront views

The condo was very nice. Great communication with owner. The beds were comfortable and the condo lived up to our expectations. Except for the building itself. The building was dirty. We never saw any cleaning people. The elevators we very slow with no air conditioner. There were no luggage carts to be found. We were told to check each floor. We eventually had to carry our luggage in 90 degree weather. Parking is limited and very tight between vehicles. The condo is pet friendly and there was dry dog feces in elevators and in hallways.

EXCELLENT

The place was clean. The property manager was very responsive and even put water in our fridge when there was a city water main break.(out of everyone's control) She kept us up to date when the water was was safe to use again which we shared with our four other families we came with since they never received information from their property owners on the situation. This was a wonderful vacation and we will be returning. Christina the property owner treats you top notch and although we have never met in person I feel like she truly cared about the well being of our family and wanted us to have a wonderful vacation. The place is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Super clean and I am picky. Definitely met my expectations! -Ann

A perfect home away from home!

We couldn’t have picked a better condo to stay in for our week in PCB for a softball tournament. Not only was it decorated beautifully but it truly had all of the essentials one could possibly need! (Toilet paper, soaps in the bathrooms, dish towels, beach chairs and boogie boards, beach chair rental included, smart tvs in all the rooms, even essential spices in the kitchen!) The condo was perfectly centered in the complex which made for great pictures. This unit is also ideal because it’s right off the elevator and next to the garbage chute. Condo owner was so helpful and quick to respond with several questions about receiving packages and check-in info. Only recommendation would be to add a curtain next to the hallway bunk beds to help block light/some noise for the sleeping kiddos. If we ever find ourselves in PCB in the future we will DEFINITELY rent again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good but not great

This was our 2nd time to go to PCB and had a great time. Pros: We liked that this condo was directly across from the elevators, it made it easier when lugging all of our beach stuff. The trash chute is very close as well. The condo was decorated nice and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. The outdoor couch was a nice touch. Cons: The overall layout of the condo was not my favorite, as there just wasn't enough room to store away our things. We were all stepping over open suitcases because there was just nowhere to put them. The master bath has the tiniest cut out for a closet, the dressers are on the smaller side and there is no pantry. There was a sign underneath the sink stating that the garbage disposal did not work. We did not see this until after food had gone down the disposal and wanting to abide by the rules we did not use it. A few days into our vacation it began to stink. Turns out, they forgot to remove the "do not use" sign. Also we were extremely careful about not opening the balcony doors too much and when we did we closed them promptly. Even still, the AC froze up and we spent the last night of our stay hot and uncomfortable. The pool was closed 2 of the 5 days we were there which was annoying because that's all my toddler wanted to do was swim in the kid pool. The parking garage was atrocious. We spent $80 to park 2 cars and the first night had to park in a whole other parking lot. The communication was good but we wouldn't stay here again.
