This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Other amenities include gourmet kitchen/ great room with fireplace/dining room off a large deck. Lower level has in floor heating , a fireplace and is built for entertaining with pool table, wet bar and a large high top island that seats 12 people. Multiple large screen TV's throughout the home. Workout room completes this one of a kind home.
Side note: It's only 5 minutes to downtown Manitowoc which will be hopping with many forms of live entertainment opportunities. Green Bay's Lambeau Field and Packer Hall Of Fame are only 25 minutes down I-43
