Updated, adorable and cozy bottom half of a two story duplex located Wesley & 14th area of town just 250 steps (quick 2 minute walk!!) to the 14th Street beach & boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey! America's Favorite Family Resort! This house is centrally located just off of the boardwalk! Just turn left for shops, restaurants, games, rides and fun! Or turn right for a long peaceful run on the boardwalk! If you need a break from the sun, shopping and family-friendly activities like pottery painting are just blocks in the other direction. Park your car and don't drive until you want to leave! Starbucks, Wawa, Rite Aid, restaurants, deli and grocery store even ice cream are all within walking distance. Circle Liquors will even deliver your provisions!
Our home boasts 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 6 (among 5 beds). The spacious outdoor private shower is perfect to shake off the sand after a day at the beach! The side entry mudroom is complete with front load washer and dryer. Our favorite place to be is outside on the large front porch watching the passersby. Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail while relaxing out on the porch with the refreshing ocean breeze.

We have been enjoying the beauty of Ocean City for decades with our family. It's always been our dream to own a piece of this spectacular beach town and in 2019 our dreams finally came true! We hope you enjoy your stay and make our home your own while making life long memories with your family!
Why they chose this property
We just love this adorable home and are thrilled to be located in this perfect part of town. It's exactly where we wanted to be! You just can't beat the location! Our home is closer than the 12th Street bath houses, you can quickly run back to the house for snacks, lunch and the restroom! Super easy and fast walk with small children. Enough space for your entire family to relax and feel at home!

The short walk to the beach & boardwalk makes our hearts so happy and we can't wait to share the happiness with you! The newly updated Kitchen, accommodating bedrooms and spacious main living area along with the large front porch all make our home the perfect place to vacation!
