Looking for calm, charming house renovated in 2018, ideally located halfway between Aix-les-Bains and Annecy. Between the two lakes with turquoise waters; as well as one hour from the nearest ski resorts (Revard, La Féclaz and Le Semnoz). The house has been tastefully renovated, everything is new: bedding and appliances.
You will keep the memory of this stage in peace and in the greenery.

Fantastic house with an amazing view

We had a very nice stay in Raymond and Martine’s house. They are very gratious hosts. The house is very roomy inside and has been renovated perfectly. The living room and kitchen has a pleasant atmosphere. Outside there’s a large eating table with a bbq. The view is both spectacular and relaxing. It’s a few degrees colder here then over at lake Bourget, which is very pleasant (at least in summer). Much recommended!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbar ruhigen und gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten ist perfekt eingezäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund unbesorgt in den Garten lassen konnten. Ausflugs- und Wanderziele sind gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein Ort der Ruhe mit einer sehr schönen Fernsicht. Der Weg zum Haus schlängelt sich über Serpentinen hoch und man braucht für ein paar Kilometer doch relativ lange. Das Haus ist total liebevoll restauriert, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Besitzer begrüßen ihre Gäste mit wertvollen Informationen.

Ein schönes Haus am Berg, nicht weit von den Seen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus in den französischen Alpen! Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, sondern auch unglaublich sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die die Natur lieben – wir konnten direkt von der Haustür aus die atemberaubende Berglandschaft genießen und zu den Badeseen fahren. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, und die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen erholsamen Urlaub in den Bergen!

Un bel endroit à découvrir

La maison est aussi belle et confortable que le disait l’annonce. Et nous avons découvert l’accueil chaleureux de Martine et Raymond ainsi qu’une belle surprise avec des produits de la région. Beaucoup d’endroit plus beaux les uns que les autres à découvrir à proximité et une vue magnifique en ouvrant les fenêtres au saut du lit.

Marriage au Bourget du Lac

Ma niece se mariait en milieu de semaine en Janvier au Lac du Bourget et ma femme, mes parents et moi devions trouver un endroit où rester pendant la semaine. Chez Martine et Raymond était parfaitement situé entre le Lac Du Bourget et Annecy. Martine et Raymond ont été très chaleureux et nous ont mis complètement a l'aise en nous contactons sur Whatsapp avant que l'on arrive au cas ou nous aurions des problems avec not eSIM Orange a notre arrivée des US. Ils nous ont accueilli a la maison et nous ont fait visité la maison et nous ont offert un magnifique lot de fromage et vins de la région. La maison était comfortable, très bien décorée et parfaitement équipée et chauffé non seulement par une pompe a chaleur au sol mais aussi avec un poêle a bois pour l'ambiance. La maison avait tout ce qui nous fallait pour faire nos propre repas et la literie était impeccable. On recommande cette maison sur tous les plans et nous reviendrons s'ils ont se retrouvent dans cette magnifique region dans le future.

Wonderful relaxing stay in a beautiful location

Je suis venu pendant deux semaines pour la Coupe du monde de rugby à Lyon. L'hébergement est excellent et entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Très paisible et le paysage est magnifique. Emplacement idéal pour Annecy, Chambrey et le Lac du Bourget. Je le recommande vivement à tout le monde.

Un séjour PARFAIT !

Un véritable bonheur de séjourner dans la maison de Martine et Raymond. Tout est parfait : l'emplacement permet de rayonner d'Aix les Bains à Annecy, la maison est spacieuse, très bien aménagée, la literie super, bien décorée, un bonheur. Une mention spéciale pour la vue absolument magique dont on ne se lasse pas. Nous avons adoré les moutons également, les enfants ont été ravis de s'en occuper. Martine et Raymond sont adorables, très accueillants, disponibles, et les présents d'arrivée sont plus qu'appréciables. Merci pour tout, nous n'oublierons jamais ce magnifique séjour.

Le chalet est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Les photos sont conformes. La vue est superbe. Les propriétaires très accueillants. Je vous le conseille les yeux fermés.

Châlet de rêve

Un merveilleux séjour à Cessens. L'acceuil de Raymond et Christine est parfait avec en prime un cadeau de bien venu (fromages et vins de la région), le chalet est spacieux, très propre. La région est merveilleuse, nous nous sommes régalés. Encore merci à Raymond et Martine

Eine Woche Erholung in Cessens

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Ferienhaus von Martine und Raymond. Von dort aus kann man bei sonnigem Wetter zum Lac du Bourget baden gehen oder in das Massiv des Bauges zum Wandern fahren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, so dass auch ein Regentag gut verbracht werden kann. Das Panorama von der Terrasse ist herrlich.
