Three minute walk to the Deschutes River Trail and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Old Mill District. Off street parking, washer/dryer in unit, beautifully furnished. All utilities included including air conditioning, wifi and cable TV. Large parcel of land in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and deer seen roaming the property regularly. 30 Day Minimum Rental, looking for month to month renter through Spring 2020. No Pets.
