small oasis in the middle of Saint Denis

The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and with a wonderful garden. It is located in the middle of town, so the sounds of traffic and partly the young neighbors were perceptible. Some parts of the furnishings need to be replaced once. Communication with the landlord was smooth. The place and its port are very nice, but there is a lack of appealing gastronomy.

Maison bien située

Maison de ville avec un grand jardin agréable. Bien protégée du bruit. À 5 minutes à pied du marché et des commerces. Plage de la Hutte à 15 minutes en vélo. 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain en extérieur. Mobilier et équipement ok, sans plus.

Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Haus im Herzen von Saint-Denis-d'Oléron mit eigenem Autoabstellplatz im Hof. Ruhige Oase, um sich zurück zu ziehen. Viel Platz, vor allem wenn man Kinder im Grunrschulalter hat, die sich austoben wollen. Das Anwesen ist strandnah, nach nicht mal 10 Minuten Autofahrt ist man am Plage des Huttes, der durch tolle imposantw Wellen zum Surfen hervorsticht. Zudem wird der Strand durch life guards bewacht. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Marktplatz mit einem täglich geöffneten Markt. Es gibt wunderbare Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen: Hervorzuheben sind die Crêperie und nahezu alle Restaurants am Hafen. Wer Lust auf eine richtig gute Pizza hat geht zur Pizzeria vor dem Tabakladen. Die Jungs machen das zu zweit, sind richtig sympathische frötliche Jungs und machen tolle Pizzen. Am Ferienhaus selbst ist ein kleines thailändisches Restaurant. Die machen leckeres Essen. Vorsicht in der Sommer-Touristenhochzeit: alle eben aufgezählten Essensmöglichkeiten bedürfen einer 1bis 2 Tage vorher abgeklärten Reservierung. Zu den Besitzer: Jean-Christophe, ist ein sehr sympathischer auf alle Fragen schnell regierender Eigentümer. Er ist ein Top Mann. Die Schlüßelübergabe bei der Ankunft wurde von seiner bezaubernden Assistentin übernommen. Jean-Christophe selbst war bei unserer Abreise persönlich bei der Schlüßelübergabe da. Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus. :-)

Une maison de caractère dans un petit oasis de verdure au coeur du bourg.

Sentiment d'être hébergés chez un occupant. Des affaires personnelles non destinées à l'usage des touristes surprennent un peu. Si cela ne m'a Cela peut gêner certaines personnes. Mes enfants de 28 et 22 ans auraient apprécié de trouver des armoires de rangement vides. Si mon impression générale est très positive, je tiens à signaler que le lit 1 personne dans la chambre "préau" en sus du lit double et des 2 lits simples (dans la maison et dans une annexe) ne devrait pas être proposé. La pièce "chambre préau" est inhabitable; si la maison ancienne a facilement tendance à sentir le renfermé et l'humidité, la chambre préau est irrespirable et l'est restée après l'ouverture continue de la fenêtre durant 9 jours. Nous avons dû y retirer le matelas que nous avons installé dans le salon pour y dormir.

Emplacement central proche des commerces et des plages.
