Luxury Bluebird Cottages at Living Water

Bluebird Cottage is a new home located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, centrally located between Asheville, Black Mountain, and Hendersonville, and just minutes from Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. This cozy cottage sits on a 15 acre pasture alongside the Rocky Broad River. Whether you're hiking, trout fishing, sightseeing, shopping or simply relaxing to the sounds of a mountain stream in your own personal getaway, this cottage will satisfy all your dreams.

Bluebird cottage is a newly built modern farmhouse two bedroom and two bathroom home. Sip a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, or tea on one of our two porches. One porch is screened in overlooking the Rocky Broad River where you can enjoy fishing, wading, and rafting. The front porch has a swing and love seat overlooking the 15 acre meadow with lots of wildlife.
