About this property

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Our recently built Mountain cottage is located within very close walkin distance to nearby Lake Tomahawk, downtown Black Mountain, Montreat and within a 15 minute drive of the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville.

There are two bedrooms. One with a King bed, one with a double bed and a pull out couch with memory foam mattress in the living space. Parking for the house is to the left of the house with side steps to the porch. Two cars can fit in this spot

Neighborhood overview:
We are a quick walk to Lake Tomahawk in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. Downtown Black Mountain is just a short drive with many restaurants and shops. Short distance from Montreat and great mountain hikes or take a 10-15 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is so much to do and see, you will love it!

Getting around
Enjoy the slow pace of Black Mountain! There is plenty of free street parking downtown where you can enjoy great food and shops!

Perfect location to enjoy what the area has to offer! Under 30 minutes to the Asheville airport, a few minutes driving to all the shops and restaurants of Black Mountain, and only 20 minutes from Montreat. House has everything we needed to be comfortable and the hosts were very responsive to any pre trip questions we had.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

This was our third stay at this vacation rental. It is around the corner from Lake Tomahawk for our daily walk and very convenient to downtown Black Mountain with great restaurants and shopping. As always the home is clean, comfortable and check-in is a breeze.

This place has everything you need!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the area. The place was clean with great touches throughout — plenty of hooks for hanging towels, kitchen is well equipped, a front patio that lets you enjoy the surrounding nature.
