Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you've used the hot tub, please make sure the jets are off, the cover is in place, and the temperature is turned to 92 degrees.
If you've turned up the heat, please set it to 60 degrees prior to departure. If you've used the AC, please set it to 80 degrees.
Please turn off all lights, including the front porch lights. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow bookings greater than 25 days. Bookings exceeding 25 days will be asked to cancel and rebook for a period 25 days or less.
When using the market lights around the porch or hot tub, please plug and unplug them at the outlet on the porch.

The host was very responsive and allowed us early check-in which was appreciated. The house is a very short car ride to town, less than 5 minutes. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

Hot tub was lovely and well kept, kitchen and towels were well stocked. We had a few stinkbugs fly in but nothing the spider killer couldn't fix.
