We are 10 to 20 min walk to major touristic spots (Marais, Louvre, Beaubourg ...) and 5 min walk to "Chatelet-les-Halles" subway station where you can find most of Paris to walk much or change many times of subway lines, everything is close by and easy! For those who enjoy shopping, art, culture and french "art de vivre" this is the perfect place.

The apartment has a large room that has a big sofa, big table that can be used as a table for dinners, etc.
The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with everything you might need.
The bathroom and toilet are separated.

It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the court side, very calm and everything that you need is here.
