Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. The room was fine for the price, but too many issues to make it worthwhile. First of all the key pick up/drop off is a fair distance away. Distance was not they problem; however, the 4/5 flights of stairs were. Picked up key only to then need to drag heavy bags 0.5 miles and down a very steep, very long stair case. Then picture doing that in reverse to go drop the key off. Except now having to drag my stupidly heavy suitcase plus back pack, back up those stairs. Attempted a slightly different route to see if I could avoid the stairs. Alas I ended up with a longer walk and an extra flight. Never. Never. Never again. Add to that the building being a construction zone. Everything was covered in plastic wrap with a coat of possibly primer over everything. The smell was intense. Thank God the elevator worked as the apartment was on the 4th floor. European 4th floor. The bed was good. Maybe a little firm. Kitchen was fine. I didn't use it other than the fridge, so can't speak to the utensils etc available. The bathroom was an issue. The sink was at an alarming angle. I was terrified it was going to fall. So barely touched it. Ultimately due to the heat in Paris during my time there, I ended up in a hotel for 2 of the 4 nights of my stay. I simply needed AC having given myself heat exhaustion. I knew this place had no AC coming in so that's on me. Think the listing was accurate but need to be upfront about key pickup

Ich habe 4 Stunden telefonisch und persönlich mit einem Servicetechniker damit verbracht, den Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsselsafe zu bekommen. Der Vermieter hat sich überhaupt nicht gemeldet, obwohl ich ihm die Probleme zweimal auf der Mailbox des Handys geschildert habe. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 4. Stock eines gerade in Sanierung befindlichen Hauses, wo der Fahrstuhl auch schon mal während der Arbeitszeit der Handwerker gesperrt ist… Die Wohnung ist insgesamt unzureichend und einfach lieblos ausgestattet: das Waschbecken hängt so schief an der Wand, dass man es nicht berühren mag. Die Badezimmertür ist so verzogen, dass man sie kaum schließen kann. Man kann sie deshalb wirklich nicht schließen, weil der Knauf auf der Klinke lose ist. Es gibt in der Abstellkammer zwar Kleiderbügel, aber keine Stange, an die man sie hängen könnte. Es gibt 10 cm tiefe Regalbretter - wie soll man da seine Sachen ablegen? Keine Müllbeutel, kein Geschirrtuch, kein Toilettenpapierhalter usw.Die Lage ist o.k., aber insgesamt ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen!!

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie hat eine gute Lage. Während unseres Aufenthalts war im kompletten Haus Baustelle. Leider wurde uns bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Schlüsselübergabe nur bis 23 Uhr möglich ist. Für Spätanreiser kann das zu einem Problem werden.

Point fort: propreté. Par contre, fastidieux le concept d'aller chercher des clés à environ 15 minutes de marche (avec les pentes de Montmartre et les valises et la fatigue). On a apprécié qu'on nous accorde la possibilité de laisser la clé à l'appart lors du départ qui se faisait tôt. Le logement a besoin d'ajustements: meuble de lavabo mal fixé. J'ai dû réparer le renvoi. Porte de toilette qui ferme mal. La poignée cède. Quand on utilise la bouilloire, l'interrupteur principal déclenche et coupe l'électricité. Équipement vraiment mais vraiment minimum: vous aurez 2 serviettes. Pas de débarbouillettes, pas de serviettes à main, pas de tapis de sortie de douche. Pas de sacs poubelles, pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. On vous remet un gel-douche et un shampoing en mini-flacons sur le lit. Communication avec un robot qui ne répond pas vraiment. C'est une autre personne qui semble être la responsable qui assure la communication. Cette personne répond quand même rapidement aux questions via l'application VRBO. Correct pour le prix, mais ce serait facile d'améliorer grandement le service par de simples ajustements.

Grundsätzlich gute Unterkunft. Umgebung geteilt. Richtung Barbes Rochechouard doch sehr gemischt (abends nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert), Richtung Sacre Coeur sehr schön, Ausstattung der Wohnung in Ordnung aber etwas sparsam (zB nur 2 Tassen, keine Geschirrtücher), aber insgesamt gute Unterkunft, sehr sauber

La habitación muy bien equipada, la cocineta, tiene una lavadora que te saca de apuros. Agua caliente sobretodo en esta temporada de invierno, una cafetera y la calefacción 10/10
