This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath villa in Palmetto Dunes is the perfect island oasis! The kitchen opens to a gorgeous living and dining area with cathedral ceilings and amazing lagoon views. The deck overlooking the lagoon is so relaxing for either morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. This villa invites vacation mode. Coastal chic describes both master ensuites, which are on the first floor. Upstairs is an additional bedroom, bathroom. Guests staying at 122 Abbington can access the beach and the pools at Hampton Place and Barrington complexes across the street.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the layout of this condo. There was privacy for 4 adults and 3 kids. Each bedroom has it own bathroom. We were right across the street from the pool and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo on Lagoon

The Condo was perfect for my family of 4 and my two parents. While it would have been nice to be on the beach, it wasn't a far walk and the lagoon view was peaceful. This was our 5th trip to Hilton Head and is probably our favorite property thus far. We always stay at Palmetto Dunes, but we typically stay at the North Gate.

HH get away

Over all not bad pretty much like the pictures. The upstairs needs major remodel really hot and smells like mold. Down stairs was nice but living furnishings are old and dirty. Perfect size for 3 boys and me. Access to the pools are nice but wasn’t sure why we couldn’t use pool at Windsor right across the street. The freeze barley made ice and it was hard to open sometimes. The back porch needs to be blown or and also no broom in the until to sweep at all. Like the location for sure.

Nice property needs updates

Check in was bad. I let the mgmt company know we had not received the parking passes & was told twice they would be waiting for me. They were not waiting & it was an ordeal getting them. The place itself had good quality furnishings all around. It does need to be updated. Carpets are very old & need replacing. Also needs updated paint & decor. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay. Great view & very close to beach.

Nice Property Nice Location

This was a nice three bedroom, three bathroom property. Two bed and baths on the first floor and on on the second floor. The second floor had two double beds along with some built in bunk beds. Overall a nice property. The only issue was the second floor was very difficult to cool down.

The pool access was unclear one we arrived. I emailed to gain clarification but never received a response. Our next door condo was a owner and he filled me in on where we go and how to get in.

Perfect Getaway

The hosts left the sweetest gifts for our girls because we were there to celebrate my daughters birthday! The house was so inviting and stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen. We loved the short walk to the beach and the canal view from the back porch! Hoping to return to this place every year!

Condo was very updated and clean. Everything was nice. Condo is on the small side for a 3 bedroom. The only issue was that with an upstairs bedroom it was difficult to keep that room cool.
