After Dune Delight | Pet-friendly + Pool + Beach Access

Amazing getaway in desirable Sea Watch community that sleeps 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first floor has 2 garage spaces, a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen, one with 2 bunks (4 single beds), and a backyard deck / patio. The large second-floor front porch opens into a spacious family room and open kitchen, living, dining room with breakfast bar and dining table. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with queen sized beds and a full bathroom on this level. The third-floor offers a luxurious master suite and features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, walkout balcony, and ensuite bath with dual-vanities and rain shower.

The house is situated just 3-4 homes away from the community pool and playground. Just a few more homes away from the pool is the oceanfront beach access which is private to the community, so you don't have to run back to the house to use the bathroom!

Seawatch is a small private community of single-family beach themed homes, and is very family friendly oriented. This is the perfect home for a large family, a couple of smaller families, or an adult gathering/get together!

Short walk to the Kure Beach Pier. 5 Minutes from Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher Park, Aquarium and Ferry to South Port and Baldhead Island.

Please Note: The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Wonderful property

Layout and size of house was wonderful for our family. The neighborhood was very nice and across the street from the beach with its own beach access. Loved the pool area which seemed to be recently updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

We stayed 3 nights and would definitely return! This house had plenty of space for our family of 7. The house was clean, clean, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the pool and the beach was definitely walkable. I cannot say enough about the management at Carolina Retreats. They were amazing!

This property was perfect - the house was stocked to accommodate all our needs with child accessories like high chairs pack n play, a kitchen with everything you would need (pots, pans, dishes, serving plates, dish towels, etc) - we cooked most nights - as well as beach toys supplies and extra wagons to take items to the pool or beach. The pool and tennis courts were so close, and the.peivate beach access gave us great space to enjoy the water and let our little kids roam a bit!

Little slice of paradise

We enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend in this lovely home in Kure Beach. The house is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to Covid-19, but the private beach access was perfect. The pictures do not do the property justice (especially the master suite which has been renovated). It was wonderful to bring our dog and the home had everything we needed. The neighbors are also friendly and all of the homes and yards are well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a larger home a few blocks from the beach.

Family week at the beach

Good house for 9 adults and 2 kids to spend week at the beach. Disappoint that community pool wasn’t open until half way through our stay. Lots of kitchen equipment for us to cook most of our meals but could use sharper knives and replacement of scraped up non stick pans. Beach an easy stroll away but promised bathhouse not open for season even in May. Lovely neighborhood. Outside furniture hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

Not very clean

We loved the house however it needs some TLC inside and out. The outside decks were very dirty and many insects especially spiders and cobwebs. We also had to remove a wasp nest from the front porch. The wood decking and railing on the porch was very dirty and dusty. Our grand daughter would end up with very dirty pjs from crawling on the deck while we were sitting outside. The backyard porch was beyond clean and we never used it because of that. The kitchen lacked any type of storage containers for leftovers. The master bedroom shower heads do not work properly. But we managed to still have a nice family vaca!

Magic in Kure Beach

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in Kure Beach! This home is a wonderful size and decorated perfectly. The openness of the kitchen and dining quarters is ideal for large families. We hosted our families whom we see 1-3x a year and this location could not have proven to be more ideal. More importantly, the amenities available within the home and resources for the beach were just fantastic! The opportunity to play table tennis, grill, rides bikes throughout the neighborhood and sit on the beautiful deck are just some of the options we took advantage of. If you have kids and enjoy a pool as much as a beach, this community is for you. You even have access to a playground and tennis courts! The pristine condition of the homes and grounds really add a element of beauty. A 5 minute walk to beach tranquility! The community members were beyond sweet and made the visit so enjoyable. Very grateful for the memories that we created that will live on forever! Kure Beach will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Beautiful house, but cleaning could be improved.

Reservation & checkout processes were easy. Property management was friendly & responsive. House is beautiful. Housekeeping could be improved though. We found a lot of pet hair on pillows, bed covers, coaches.
